After years of supporting OTG and watching them grow…the quality and service isn’t there anymore. Cibolo being the closest OTG to me, I have my drinks made incorrectly on numerous occasions, spoiled chocolate milk (for their mocha), burnt tasting espresso, flat energy drinks, and rude baristas. I have to say this is also consistent across their Schertz and their new Braunfels locations. The latte and breves are repetitive and unoriginal. In the past they had the quality and consistency… maybe OTG expanded so much they stopped caring. Either way, this is no longer a small business but a chain and not one I’d like to continue to support.

This is the second or third time they mess up my order even after remaking it. Today they gave me an iced with whipped cream when I asked for a blended Non dairy due to a dairy intolerance. Asked her to remake it. When she ‘remade it’ she actually didn’t! She just added ice and mixed in the cream. On top of that it wasn’t even the flavor I ordered, didn’t realize until I pulled away. Lazy and not right to give someone with a dairy sensitivity cream! Not giving this location my business again.

This stand has great service!!! Timely, enthusiastic, and yummy drinks. My go-to hot almond milk latte is always hot to my liking. Sweeter treats like The Hawaiian and fruit smoothies hit the spot. I also love the punch cards–buy 10 drinks and your next one is free. Nothing like a little caffeine and some great service to make my day! Don’t forget to leave a well-deserved tip!

My husband and I come here LITERALLY every morning it’s that good! Our drinks are always perfection, the muffin tops are fresh and chilled for a yummy snack on the go and LET ME TELL YOU about the staff AMAZING! Fast, professional and personable. Always greeted with a smile and have never had any issues here. You save us daily and give us a sweet caffeinated treat in our hectic toddler era of life ! Thank you all continue to be great!

Love On the Grind! This store has a great crew and my order is always as I like it. And my dog loves a tasty pup cup too. My order is typically pretty simple and straight forward, but if the espresso to water ratio is even the slightest bit off, it ruins the drink. These guys always get it right. Thanks!

I had the Mexican Mocha and was surprised by how great it tasted. I ordered the regular version yesterday and tried the sugar-free Mexican Mocha today. While I prefer the one with sugar, I would have been equally pleased with the sugar-free option if I’d tried it first. They offer sugar-free drinks—just be sure to ask!
