She’s a nice as can be, tourist that visit and leave negative reviews are impatient & always complaining.
Sure Shot Coffee Espresso is truly a gem. The espresso here is consistently exceptional—hot, bold, and wonderfully refreshing with every cup. What sets this place apart is not only the quality but also the atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality. The service is gracious, kind, and welcoming, making each visit an absolute pleasure. It has become a daily ritual I look forward to, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable coffee experience. Highly recommended

Went to grab a cup of coffee at On The Fly Espresso around 8:15am yesterday for the first time. Drove up to the window to see if they were open due to the sign being off and google stating they were open. An old woman opened up the window. With being in a good mood since they were open, I stated my joy as I was eager to try their coffee. The lady said nothing, gave me the most disgusting look, left the window open and walked away.

Needless to say, I know people have bad days but I didn’t deserve her garbage attitude.

I’ll be going to the Sure Shot coffee shop near the gas station from here on. They are always friendly, kind and offer the same drive through convenience.

The older lady was absolutely awful to deal with! We asked for a juice box and she replied with “you got a dollar” like it was a bothersome for her to grab it. Her coffee but good but so disappointed in the experience. To whoever owns this business please genuinely do better!!!

The service and food are exceptional. I stoped here on my way to the airport. I was skeptical considering it’s a tiny building, but they did not disappoint. The woman who helped us was sweet as can be and the breakfast sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. The coffee was amazing as well. Cheap and far better than almost any coffee shop I’ve been too. I wish I could frequent this place!! They deserve 10 stars

Stopped by On the Fly to get an Americano. The owner was friendly, my order was delivered promptly, and the quality of the coffee was fantastic. If you’re a stickler for quality beans, this is the place to go.

The best breakfast items. The burritos and sandwiches are delicious and filling. My boys say they will be dreaming of the breakfast sandwiches while we are back in Missouri. We stopped in here several times while staying in Ennis every time our drinks and food were exactly how we ordered them and good. They have chai and lotus which are my favorite alternatives to coffee. Thank you for your service, kindness, and feeding my family. If anyone is near Ennis I recommend stopping in at On The Fly.

I consider myself a super nice human! I’m trauma informed and relentlessly patient. I gave this owner probably 10 chances to give me a positive encounter with her in her drive-thru coffee shop. I would stop and potentially be her first customer some mornings on my way to work. I would be eager to grab a hot coffee before working a 12+ hour shift in the hospital as a nurse. I would smile and attempt to make chit chat. I’m overzealously thankful and gracious to people in the service industry, as I did that job a lot in my past. I’m an excellent tipper always.

Today, was my final straw with the owner. I was ordering 3 coffees for nurses as we headed to a local immunization event. We were kind, engaged and thankful. I was trying to drink down my remaining water in a yeti container to make room for the coffees. I drank about all but 2 ounces of the water and dumped it out the window into the gravel outside my driver’s window. I didn’t think this was rude. It wasn’t pop or colored or anything to even attract an insect. It was such an insignificant amount truly. She glared at me directly. I said I’m sorry if that upset you and she made a super rude grunt at me and rolled her eyes. I politely paid for my coffee and drove away. I can not believe how rude she is when I buy coffee from her. Like I said, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Here’s the thing, I feel like her business should provide her customers with a warm welcome and an appreciate demeanor! I mean if the sign said “Grumpy Cup: service minus the smile” then I would expect something else.

Stopped by on our way out of Montana. Older lady working was rude. I requested an hot cocoa, latte, and muffins. She asked, “how old is the child,” this is most conversation she made with us. Cocoa ended up being barely warm (I didn’t request kids temp for the cocoa but it didn’t seem to matter what I wanted). Muffin warmed was frozen in the middle. The request was replied with a snotty comment. It was interesting to say the least!! Wonder who serves all these other people with 5 star reviews .

The owner is always friendly and knowledgeable about different drink options. I really enjoy the spicy chai and I always pair it with one of her delicious chorizo breakfast burritos. It’s a must stop for me every time I’m in town.

I’m visiting my parents on vacation, and my mom and I decided to stop by while we were in Ennis. The older lady running this place was super rude to my mom, didn’t crack a smile, or greet either of us. It was more of a “what do you want?” vibe.
Since she was so incredibly rude to us, we declined to tip on the credit card slip (it was already almost $13 for two drinks anyway). When we handed the slip back to her, she scoffed, rolled her eyes, said “Thanks for the tip”, and tossed the clipboard on the counter.

When we got back to my Aunt’s house, we mentioned it to her, and she informed us that she is always that way, and that she isn’t sure how this woman stays in business.

Also, the coffee wasn’t that good.
