Excellent place with delicious food and exceptional service. The atmosphere is pleasant, calm, and family-friendly. It was our first time here, and they kindly offered us complimentary chips and queso, which was a very nice surprise. They also have an interesting rewards program, and everything is very reasonably priced. Totally recommended — we will definitely be back.

Let me say that this is my families first time coming to an On the Border
Service was good. Carmen our waitress and was very nice.
Atmosphere was what was to be expected.
Food- This is where things are intetesting. We ordered queso and chips , sampler platter, kids quesadilla and a steak fajita.
Our kid liked her quesadilla which is to be expected from a cheese only product. As far as the queso for the chips this tasted artificial and gross. The biggest surprise was the fajita (ill add a picture for context) The steak was cooked perfectly along with the onions……but that was it. No peppers or jalapeno as the menu states. I had to ask them for a side of bell peppers. The server and manager both stated that that was how the fajitas were going to be made “from this day forward per thier new menu that apparently was comming out the next day.”…..weird….thats not a fajita…thats just steak and onions…..its also weird that after ordering the side of peppers the manager for no aparent reason made it a point to come over to our table and try to justify it to us even tnough we werent complaining or asking for anything beside the peppers as though he took it personally.

Our waiter, Keno, did an excellent job. Fast service, very nice, and wasn’t hovering or absent. The manager, Emily, was the same way and treated us to dessert and a discount when she found out it was our first time from Keno. Exactly the service you want when dining. The food was pretty good. Generous helpings for the price – $16 per entree and solid food and margaritas.
As usual the complimentary chips and salsa are great – right level of crisp, salt, and spice. The atmosphere was also decent – not bland and interesting, but not noisy or obnoxious. Very comfortable to sit, eat, and talk freely with friends or family. Our favorite fast casual now and will come back for the service, quality, and value!

If I could give this place a score of 20, I would do it!! It wasn’t busy and there were only 3 people running the restaurant that evening, because of people not showing up for work or cashing in, but it was awesome. The person that sat us down is the same person that waited on us, brought our meals, took care of our drinks, visited and seemed to care about us, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was AWESOME, but the customer service was the best. He took a not so good situation and made it good for us.

This was our first time to an OTB and we found the service by Keno to be very attentive w/o being hovering or pushy. The food was great and portions very good for the pricing. $16 average per meal.
The manager, Emily, was very gracious and manages a great staff. We definitely will be back again. Thanks OTB for great evening out with my family.

Alex, the server, was very kind to take care of my order and thoughtful about my time before I paid. I haven’t been to On The Border for years, though I love Mexican food, but I believe their chips, their salsa, and even their taco salad are amazing! Hope to come back someday.

We went to dinner on Christmas Eve and were pleased that we were able to find a nice restaurant that was open. The food was good. I recommend the brisket tacos. They were a blend of Mexican food and BBQ. Our waitress was good and help to make our dining experience wonderful.

Server forgot about us multiple times. Gave my husband a hard time when he asked for refill after 15 mins of waiting for our refills. My husband also asked for quac multiple times and the server would then give us a hard time for ordering it and never actually brought it. The food was semi alright. I’m hoping the server was just having a bad night.
