I eat at OTB all the time for happy hr, and when stopping in at those location it shocked me that they had so many people working but no one running food and helping out the bartenders who clearly need food runners so they could focus on there bar guests! The bartender was so busy she was juggling 4 different couples order and t single people all by memory and making service well during and the entire bar… I can’t believe on a Fri night she didn’t have back up…. do better OTB! MY food was amazing as always love the Tex Mex here!!!!

Highly disappointed with my overall experience at this establishment. I can tell they don’t work as a team, including the kitchen staff. I ordered the fajita with shrimp and you can tell the shrimp don’t taste good. I took my chances and ate it anyway, not only was it undercooked, the seasoning wasn’t bound to the shrimp so it just tasted bland. In the middle of me trying to enjoy the live seafood on my platter, our plates were taken away because apparently it wasn’t OUR food… waited AGAIN, over an hour for food that was never brought to our table. I did get to eat a small bowl of French fries by itself without any sauce, or my entree 🙂 I will say the fries were the only thing good about this experience. Everything else, garbage.

Where should I start, ordered the chicken fajitas got a dried grilled chicken breast instead. Asked for flour tortillas and got 1 in a rolled aluminum foil wrap. Not to mention the service was no up to par, waited almost an hour after I order just to recieve my food. Asked for the manager about the portion of the food and she explain to me that what I order was not what I was given so she charged me for some I DID NOT ORDER….All in all I don’t recommend this place to anyone as I’ve always been fair with my recommendations.

I found the saucer to be Bland same thing with the food was pretty bland the rice was just a little hard it just seemed like his own microwave to me. Atmosphere was nice the service was nice. They charge you $10.71 for a margarita it doesn’t taste like a margarita. I like real Mexican food.

Haven’t been to a OTB in a minute! We had just finished soccer practice, everything in the area had already closed. I’m so glad we stopped in! We will definitely return to On the border!!!Great food, Great service and have a new favorite dish!

Good place restaurant, quality aligned with the general prices. Staff is helpful and is taking care. Room temperature was excessively cold and might require some xtra cloth.

I believe this location is still operating at less than 100%. Prepare for a long wait time. Other than that dinner was great! Odyssey was out waiter and he was fantastic! Kept our drinks filled and checked in on us regularly… other tables around us were struggling with the wait staff but we had zero issues. My food was fresh and amazing… we will return!

I recently visited your Desoto location and waited over an hour for a replacement order. This location I have to say has went down. New management is needed. The staff is horrible and management is even worse. The bar area for the entire hour I was there never got cleaned. Several customers were complaining and canceling orders because It was very unorganized and wait to long. Once I got home and checked my order they placed my cheese on my taco and no lettuce in my bag. I will never return to this location. If things don’t change I can see this location closing down soon. Also my sister went during lunch and they told her that she could be seated because they didn’t have enough staff members to serve her. They only had 2 servers working on that day. Poor customer service and horrible location. I didn’t post this on social media though you guys needed to know personally what was going on in your store.
