The food was great! The chips that came with the salsa were huge—not your typical chips, which was a fun surprise. We’ve driven past this place so many times and finally decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did.
I didn’t catch any names (which I usually try to do), but if anyone from management sees this, I want to give a big shoutout to the entire shift that was working during our visit. From the moment we sat down, our server was attentive and helpful. Everyone around us seemed to be getting great service too. Even the person who seated us was kind and welcoming—the whole experience was just smooth and enjoyable.
I’m someone who prefers dining when it’s not too crowded so I can really soak in the atmosphere, and this visit was perfect for that. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Waiting ALMOST 10 minutes to be greeted by your server is bewildering. Sat down by the hostess and we ended up leaving after several minutes of no one coming to our table. This was my first visit here and it’ll be my last visit. If you have to go here, don’t go! You might as well go to CFA across the street or even WhataBurger!

This new recipe change is not good at all. No more big corn tortillas chips..now small flour chips. Salsa is brown and hot in heat.. not good…portions are smaller but same price. Unless they change back…we will not return….dang..is to love the chips and salsa and queso…not any more…very disappointed.

We had an amazing experience at OT! From the moment we sat down, our waiter Quetzali took exceptional care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Our food came out hot, fresh, and delicious, and our drinks were never empty. Quetzali’s great attitude and outstanding service truly made the experience top-notch. We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Quetzali again!

Everytime I place a to go order it’s wrong or the customer service is horrible. This time I ordered salsa and got green hot sauce. Like come on! This is ridiculous! I hate I even ordered from here today. I just wanted red salsa.

The Manager Anthony was handling a situation with another guest when I arrived. There was a 10 minute wait during the time I arrived and another guest was ahead of me.
As usual on a busy Friday night.
Anthony finished taking care of the guest that he was assisting and jumped right on a near by register and took my order, brought me out a complimentary drink and took care of my order and brought it to my table.
Kudos to great management and managers who have great customer service manners.
It’s greatly appreciated. Thank you Anthony and All the staff on December 5th that was working really hard tonight and satisfying the guests. I want you all to know how much you are appreciated!!!!

I had an amazing dining experience today! There was no wait time, which was a huge plus, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout the entire meal.
The new food items on the menu were great and the drinks were fantastic.
The manager Anthony, came over to check on us. He was friendly and informative, sharing the details about the new food upgrades, which made the meal even more enjoyable.

I normally do not post. But today, you got to be kidding me… I went to the Cedar Hill location… at noon today… absolutely no customers was in there… I am the only person there… so I went to the bar area… two employees look at me as come in bar area and they make an exit to the back and i did not see them again… im seated at the table 2 more employees walk by.. not even an acknowledgement.. 5 minutes go by and nothing.. I got myself up and left.. went over to Chilis… greeted within seconds and seated.. and in less then a minute drinks and an order… Nikki at Chilis across from ON THE BRODER was absolutely a great server.. thank you Chilis, Cedar hill… I won’t go back to there Cedar Hill location made me feel very unwelcomed..
