We had a wonderful experience at On Tap Sports Cafe Liberty Park! We were traveling and wanted to catch a Premier League match. The staff was so kind and attentive, and even made sure the sound was on (huge bonus for me). The food was very good and they had many drink options. Definitely recommend this place for locals and out-of-towners. Thank you so much!

Between games last weekend our team went to On Tap Sports Cafe and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly, accommodating, timely, and took good care of our group of maybe 20 adults/kids. There was plenty of seating and the atmosphere was great. There is a general bar area if you prefer that or you can sit in the indoor dining area, there is also an upstairs area with both indoor and outdoor seating. The largest area is outside with many tables and canopy’s set up to enjoy when the weather is nice. Overall, I definitely recommend it. If you have a large party I do recommend you call ahead.

This is a great venue with good Bar Food and great beer selection but……they are not a customer friendly business. Way too many rules about tables and chairs and not willing to accommodate a growing, paying, group in the bar area. They don’t even use the upstairs bar area and apparently you aren’t “allowed” to even go up there. They also made last call and essentially pushed us out at 10:00 during a College Football Playoff Game. This place is just not customer friendly. Too may RULES for a Sports Bar!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times now and gotten the same thing both times. I got the Campfire Burger which is a tasty burger with smoked cheddar, applewood bacon, onion straws and campfire sauce. I got fries as a side but we also ordered some onion rings. The burger was juicy and flavorful and the fries were nice and crisp. The onion rings were a little bready for me and were served with a sort of blooming onion sauce though a slightly different and spicy flavor. More than likely I will get the burger again but may have to explore the menu more on my next visit. I would recommend this as a good choice if you are about pub food.

I have not been to On Tap Sports Cafe since they closed the Hoover location. I decided to try On Tap at Liberty Park but found the drive after taking exit 23 off I-459 is tedious due to all the stop signs going through the business district. Once you finally get there, it is great. A real nice outside patio area which looked very inviting. Inside there is plenty of seating and TV’s for sports watching and a large bar. I think there is another bar on the other side of the restaurant. This is definitely larger than Hoover was. Our waitress Abigaille was excellent. I did not have to wait long for my next beer to arrive. Of course, I had to keep picking beers that they were out of, but there was still plenty more to choose from. Our food came out quickly and was very good. The sliders were cooked to perfection, and the fries were excellent. The pretzel bites were good. I plan on trying the US-280 location next to determine which restaurant is better. There is only a 2 minute, 3 mile difference between the 280 location versus Liberty Park from Hoover. I thought the destination time would be longer due to the traffic on US-280, but I am going to find out.

Great place for a family or large group. Indoor and outdoor dining. HUGE beer selection! Excellent food. The Chef Salad is a great choice. We had a group of about 15, the service was excellent. Our food and drinks arrived quickly.

I typically enjoy the experience of on tap – but the other day I ordered an online order via Uber Eats to pick up. Got several notification saying my food was being prepared and that I was ready, When my boyfriend got there to pick it up. (30ish minutes later) They said that they did not see the order in that the kitchen had already closed.
I understand that mistakes happen, but they did not offer any sort of help or compensation or even try to make up for their mistake. They admitted to just not seeing the order and basically shrugged their shoulders and that was it. Definitely don’t feel like that was the appropriate way to handle the situation.

We hosted a networking event at On Tap for our conference and they had everything set. Kendell was our waitress and she was the GREATEST! She handled us 35 nuclear professionals flawlessly and never broke her smile or anything! We also played Trivia and she was Fantastic!
