For a Sunday dinner, I decided to try Omi. Arriving at 8:30PM, I received seating for my party of 2 at 9. The price point is $39.99 / person for AYCE.

Ordering is done through a QR code + chowbus integration. You can continuously add more stuff and send the request to the kitchen (with some basic rate limiting so you don’t order the whole freezer). The system works decently well and makes ordering convenient over hailing a server the old-fashioned way or through the summon server button attached to the table.

The meats selection itself has the usual fare, like bulgogi, galbi, beef tongue, and spicy pork belly. Absent are the more niche items like beef intestine or pork jowl.

Sauces and side dishes are set up on a self-service counter, similar to the setups in hot pot. Banchan is passable (bean sprouts could use more salt and sesame oil and kimchi is more acerbic than flavorful).

Ventilation systems work well. No campfire smoke billowing in your face.

Overall, I’d say that Omi does a decent job of offering AYCE KBBQ. In a place with fiercer competition, I would rate this 3* due to some nitpicks. However, this is Boston, not in LA.

Great experience and a very warm hospitality. Nice range of meats, chicken and shrimp to put on the grill alongside with vegies, gyoza, shiu mai and more.

Meat were fresh! They give generous portion, unlike other order to serve AYCE Korean Bbq restaurants I’ve been to. There’re ice-cream for dessert. Overall good! However, there aren’t many options in the condiments bar. Parking can be hard on workdays. Green Line can be a good alternative!

If only Omi was open during my college days!! This place probably has the best deal in Korean bbq in Boston. With $40 you could eat all the short ribs, ribeyes, pork belly, and their regular items, but let’s face it, it’s All You Can Eat so we’re here to get our moneys worth!

Make sure to balance out your carnivorous meal with their self serve bar full of side dishes! Pickled radish, cucumber, fresh lettuce and kimchi, sliced garlic, bean sprouts and more! You can make your own sauces and their drink options make this the best weekend hangout ever. You can also reserve their party room in the back that has 2 grills on a table that could fit two families!

My friend and I had a last-minute lunch here and were so impressed by how kind and helpful the staff was. The food was delicious; the only thing I didn’t love was the dumplings but that could be a personal thing. Such good quality meat for a great value and I hope they get more students coming in soon. We’re definitely spreading the word! Marinated chicken thigh and beef bulgogi was SO GOOD

The food at Omi is absolutely amazing!Everything was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and really inviting, great for both groups and date nights.
That said, the service was a letdown. We were led around the restaurant like we were about to be seated, only to be brought back to the front and told to wait another 15 minutes. It felt disorganized and a bit careless. If the service matched the quality of the food and ambiance, this would be an easy 5-star spot.

Craving K-BBQ? This place totally hits the spot!
The pork was super fresh and juicy, every bite was full of flavor. Side dishes were great too! The staff were so friendly and made us feel really welcome.
The place is clean, cozy, and perfect for hanging out with friends.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for delicious Korean BBQ with good vibes and great service! ✨

Went to Omi on a Friday night. It wasn’t too crowded and we got seated immediately. It is an all you can eat mean with a salad bar style option for sides like kimchi, cucumber salad, seaweed salad, lettuce and more.
The whole menu is all you can eat. We got some kimchi stew, fried shimp and rice cake along with an assortment of meat.
The metal utensils made the whole experience feel authentic and the ice cream at the end with the wooden stick was nostalgic.
Everything tasted great, the servers regularly checked on us and it was a very relaxing and fun experience.

Great Korean bbq all you can eat in town. We love the egg custard, marinated short ribs, marinated beef bulgogi and pork belly, they were very flavorful. Their side dishes were also very good. The restaurant is spacious, clean and the staffs were friendly. The only feedback I have is to have more ventilation system.

Their food is good! We really liked the pancakes and the meat also. Good variety of meat and sides. The banchan isn’t out of this world but pretty solid. Deserves a high rating.

They also serve alcohol so make sure to bring your ID and try out the chestnut makgoli. Their servers are very nice, helpful and accommodating

Parking is very hard. We had to park far and walk there but after a full meal I was fine with walking that far!
