My first time eating here…. And I must say Everything was good beginning with the owner amazing customer service skills… to the tasting of the food! We ordered barbecue wings and broiled shrimp with sides! And that OMG sauce can’t be beat! I recommend this place to satisfy your seafood/ wings cravings.. I’ll see you next time

The name is what you say when you first see your meal and again when you taste it!!! This is a seafood experience like non-other. We had the Garlic & Fried Crab Legs. It came with large clusters of the crab legs, Jumbo Jumbo Shrimps. Corn on the Cobb, boiled egg and a potatoes; smothered in a creamy garlic butter sauce.

This is a Quant little getaway in Thomasville, Georgia, housed in a little strip mall. Don’t let the appearance fool you. The food is cooked fresh and the Wait is Worth It!!! This is a sea food lovers delight.

Food was very unseasoned. I had a mullet and it was no season on it.they didn’t have much on the menu ,and what they did have a on the menu , they didn’t have. This was a waist of my money and time. I truly try to promote black businesses but this was a Nooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!

I have eaten here both take out and dine in. As far as service understand this is not a fast food restaurant. If you can deal with a little wait time this is probably the best seafood you ever eat. I get a crab leg boy every time but I always ask for butter on the side because if not your food will be covered in butter. Not a bad thing but a little messy. If you have not tried it you need to try this place it is a little expensive but everything is expensive right now. If you don’t like spicy you can ask for less spicy but it is just enough for me the way they make it. You’ve got to love a locally on place like this it’s a one of a kind.

I recently visited OMG Seafood with my coworkers and purchased four meals, including the fried mullet, fried shrimp, and fried tilapia. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The primary issue was the lack of seasoning—the food was overwhelmingly bland, as if it had been coated in plain flour without any additional flavoring. Given that fried seafood is often expected to have a well-seasoned, flavorful batter, this was a major disappointment.

Hoping to address the concern, one of my coworkers called the restaurant to provide feedback. However, the interaction was less than ideal. Upon expressing our concern about the food’s lack of seasoning, the staff member who answered the phone relayed the message to the cook. Rather than responding with a willingness to address or acknowledge the feedback, the cook defensively stated, “There is seasoning on that food. I don’t just put food in flour.” While we understand that food preparation can be subjective, dismissing a customer’s concern without consideration does not reflect quality customer service.

Customer satisfaction should be a priority, and when patrons take the time to provide constructive feedback, it is important for businesses to respond with professionalism and a willingness to improve. Unfortunately, the response we received felt dismissive rather than helpful. Given our experience, I would hesitate to recommend OMG Seafood unless there are improvements in both food quality and customer service. A stronger emphasis on seasoning and a more receptive approach to customer concerns could greatly enhance the dining experience.

This a one of a kind hole in the wall. The food is fine dining quality. As expensive as fresh seafood is, I guess they make it work by primarily take out. This is high quality food at a fair price but without a dining experience. Even with a dining experience you will not find better food. Staff is friendly and accommodating!!!!!!
