We use to go to Northville location. First time here and must have come on back door. We sat down and didn’t see anyone. Went to otherside of restaurant and you have to order at counter. Ordered and took coffee back. Omlettes were delicious. A bit pricey but very good. Only down side is we smelled like the Cafe all day.

Been going here four years both to go and eat in… it’s absolutely delicious. Right now they have a bowl special that’s amazing. Love the panini too! Can’t go wrong. Hash browns are the best! Fresh squeezed and great coffee. Diner that is always packed for good reason

Friendliest little neighborhood breakfast cafe… Everyone is so amazing, from the cooks to their friendly waitstaff. Melanie and Katie are absolutely the nicest humans, who truly care not just about serving great food, but truly care about you having the best dine-in experience ever. All in all if I could give them more than 5 stars I would and I will cerrainly be eating here again…

Just stopped back into Omelette & Waffle Cafe and couldn’t believe how much it’s changed! The new management has really turned things around. The whole vibe feels fresh, welcoming, and super friendly.

The place is so clean now—like, sparkling clean. You can tell they put in a lot of work deep-cleaning and getting everything back in shape. Even the bathroom looks brand new.

The staff were awesome—attentive, upbeat, and you can tell they actually enjoy being there. Service was quick, and the food came out hot and delicious. I got the Breakfast Bowl, and my daughter had the Strawberry & Chocolate Crepes—both were amazing!

The restaurant was moderately busy for 9am on a Saturday morning, and it was not our first time dining at OWC. My husband, daughter and I all ordered breakfast items. My husband’s food came out first, then a few minutes later my omelet came out (which wasn’t the typical OWC quality omelet, it looks more like a scramble), a few minutes later my pancake side came out – meanwhile we were waiting for all of the food to arrive before starting to eat (my daughter didn’t have her order yet, and we were trying to remain patient). My food got cold waiting for my daughter’s meal to come (it was a good 15 minutes between when the first item was dropped off and when my daughter’s waffle came) – I wouldn’t typically make a fuss and would just eat the food and carry on, but it just no longer was appealing so I asked for the omelet to be remade and for my side pancake to be heated as I wanted to actually enjoy it all warm as a meal dining out should be. The woman who took our order at the register jumped in and took over the food preparation (there seemed to be 3 other line cooks that maybe were a bit green) – and she never once made a negative remark about doing so, and was obviously doing her best to keep the operation running smoothly. Although the timing was quite off, the food ultimately was tasty (especially once the omelet was remade) and we understand that we all have our “off” days; we do enjoy OWC and will be back – and again thanks so much for the woman holding down the fort – you rock!

my sister and i went to breakfast and had Melanie as our server. i’m on crutches and she was super accommodating and brought menus to us and took our order instead of at the counter—which i appreciated. the food came out quick and was delicious. Melanie was so friendly and was always smiling. definitely coming back to see her again!:))

It was your typical hole-in-the-wall diner. The menu options were really great! The fresh OJ was fantastic. The staff was really friendly. The food was good – exactly what you’d expect. I liked my veggie panini. It won’t blow your socks off but it was decent food at a decent price in this area. No complaints.

If I would’ve read the recent reviews I definitely would not have gone. Just look for the review about the cockroach in a baby seat and all of the bigotry- and no comment from the owners on that is scary. The portion sizes, quality and service were definitely not worth the price. Paid $5 for a side of hash browns and they didn’t even fill the side plate. Server never checked in and was constantly yelling across the restaurant at the bus boys to do things. You have to pay for your food before you are seated- whether there are seats available or not. We got lucky and only had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be seated but then it took another 15-20 minutes to get our food. IMHO you can get the same experience (probably even better) for cheaper at a Leo’s.

I had never been here before and didn’t know what to expect for ordering. You walk in, stand in line and order at the cash register (which I don’t prefer because I like to sit down and look at the menu at my leisure, not with a line out the door waiting for me to order). Once you order, you pay and then they bring your food out to you. You find a seat yourself and there is tight limited seating.
The food: I ordered a club sandwich and the mixed berry crepes. The sandwich was average, nothing to wow it, and it came with Better Made potato chips and a pickle. The crepes came three to a plate and had a cream cheese based whipped cream inside with berries and raspberry sauce over them, honestly, hate cream cheese, but I couldn’t stop eating these, they were delicious! I would order those again for sure. My friend got the avocado toast and said it was really good.
