I was so excited to see Omelets Etc. open a new location right here in Fountain on Mesa Ridge Parkway, and they definitely did not disappoint! It has that perfect ‘hometown diner’ feel—warm, welcoming, and the service is incredibly fast and friendly.
The menu is huge, but you have to try their signature green chile—it has the perfect kick and really makes the dishes stand out. I had the Western Omelet (smothered, of course!), which was fluffy and packed with ham and peppers. My table also shared the Nutty Fruity Multi-Grain pancakes, and they were some of the best I’ve ever had—loaded with fresh berries and walnuts.
The portions are absolutely generous for the price, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is easily the best new breakfast spot in the area!

I have visited most of the other locations and this is by far my favorite! Service is excellent and the food is incredible. Laura was our server and she made the experience even more memorable for my friend visiting from out of state. Make sure you try their omelettes!

Well the good thing all omelet etc. Are consistent. All of the ones around town the food tastes the same. Same quality. The pancake combo is a bust, because the breakfast combo is cheaper and you get the same thing. Servers were nice. Although I would like to sit down before I need to order my beverage.
