Jaison is a true talent. His omakase is equally as good as sushi in New York, Los Angeles, and Miami. He flies fresh fish in from Japan and Hawaii and the meats are exceptional. Seafood is flown in fresh from personal contacts in Japan, minimally processed and expedited to your table for the most authentic mountain sushi experience possible. The fact that this is all brought to your doorstep and prepared in real time, right in front of you, in your own home, really takes the experience to the next level. After the meal, Chef and his helpers clean up and even take the trash out with them – it’s almost like they were never even there! An incredible and special experience that you’re sure to be bragging about to your friends, priced to sell. Amazing value for everything that you get. There are even optional alcohol pairings available with top notch sake and wines to enjoy. I can’t recommend this experience enough!

We used Jaison and Omakase for a private event on a ranch and he did a phenomenal job! He did his homework on the space that needed to be used, as well as what some favorite dishes were that he could cater too. The day of the event he brought some fantastic staff with him to execute on an incredible event that everyone raved about. His staff was flexible and great with problem solving on the fly. Would highly recommend!
