I love trying different textures in food, being surprised by flavors and combinations. My husband took me to this place for my birthday, and I can say that the presentation of the dishes is exquisite and colorful; the service is excellent, the people are friendly and inclusive, which makes the experience great. I would have liked a little more innovation in the dishes, but they tasted good.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience. I enjoyed watching our chef put so much time, care, and detail into each course, and it built up excitement for each new bite. The food was fresh, flavorful, and each course was designed to keep things interesting and different. Although the presentation of the appetizers weren’t necessary with how yummy they were, I appreciated the thought and care that went into putting it all together. The atmosphere was calm and perfect and the decor reminded me of Japan, high quality and classy, yet subtle. The service was very kind, thoughtful, and well timed like a choreography with the sushi chef and when each finished our course. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary, thank you!

There are many omakase out there, but ICHI offers the highest quality food and effort in preparation – they don’t just serve sushi after sushi, which can get quite boring. The Omakase meal first start with 4-5 thoughtful and beautifully arranged appetizers, about 11-12 sushi, then end with coconut pudding with homemade red bean paste. I am a regular here, but still came here with my family to celebrate my birthday so they can all enjoy such great food as well. This is a must try place if you want to experience high quality authentic omakase.

Food was good. Flavors were all very light and delicate. Theme was sweet, vegetal, and fatty. 5 stars for food if there was more variety in the flavor. Wish they had uni but it was not available that day. Excellent service, they were always available for us. The scallop miso dish was great as well as one of the first pieces with a very grassy flavor. The put in the effort to justify the price.

Amazing food first off and amazing service from both waiter and chef ! Greeted instantly and they helped us choose good bottles of sake to pair with food. I had a delicious lychee martini. Favorite sushi had to be the wagyu beef however they were all excellent. Plan your next date night here doesn’t disappoint!
