Always an excellent meal and service. Hubby and I drive the 40 minutes from Clarence to eat here. Prices for what you get is very reasonable. Food is consistent and so is the service. We’ve been coming here for a decade or more. The owner is always around and seats everyone. He is a very pleasant man. Can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. Two thumbs up.

Avoid!!! Terrible food! So disappointing. $40 for this pathetic meal in my pictures. Pancakes tasted bad. Chicken was disgusting on the tiny sandwich. Over cooked onion rings. Eggs were bad. Everything was awful.

Never again the food it terrible everything we ordered was wrong from putting something on we asked not to, eggs cooked wrong and forgetting some things we did order. The Greek potatoes DON’T DO IT PLEASE. They were absolutely terrible I can’t begin to explain the taste the best explanation I can give is that they tasted like a canned potato literally saturated sitting in vinegar for 2 weeks they were absolutely disgusting not Greek potatoes in any way. And that’s not even it the waitress now I understand that they are busy I was a waitress at one point but she was just rude didn’t even give us 5 minutes before asking what we wanted she kept coming back rushing us not being nice to see if we need anything she was rushing us. Needless to say we won’t be going back.

Been going here 25 years. Its the first time we had a bad meal. My mom actually got sick at the table after eating the fish fry and clam chowder. I feel the grease was dirty. You can see how dark the fish and fries are. Not sure what happened to this place. So sad.

Our server (Holly), was terrific! She took all 6 orders at our table without a pad, kept them all straight & continued to check our drinks throughout the meal. I had the beef & Swiss on sourdough, it was GREAT!

Stopped by here yesterday for a fish fry. Started with a cup of lemon chicken rice soup which was really good. The Haddock was beer battered. The fish was fresh tasting but could’ve been cooked a minute less as the tail was super crunchy. The mashed potatoes with gravy was a bit larger than your typical portion size. Their potato salad was really tasty. Wish they gave a little more of it. The fish dinner also came with bread that’s not pictured. Our server was very friendly and attentive to every table she waited on.

Good service & food was good, plenty of parking… But a little pricey.. I had w/salad, hamburger with fries club turkey sandwich w/soup 1 water, 2 sodas, 1 baklava,2 rice puddings…bill was $90. + For lunch for 3 peeps, nothing fancy.. even though it was good food it wasn’t worth that much I’ve had just as good at other places for a lot less $
