My family has been coming down the shore for decades, and staying on the block of the Olympic has always been part of the tradition. Nothing hits better than grabbing an order of cheese fries from the takeout window and bringing them down to the beach at lunchtime.
The turkey club is hands-down the best around, and for breakfast, the cream chipped beef is a classic and comforting way to start the day. It’s one of those places that just feels like home.
The staff have been there for years and are always the sweetest—kind, welcoming, and full of that true shore hospitality. I’ve loved this place for so long, and it’s about time I shared the love with a review. Thank you for being part of so many great memories!

We ate here on our second day down. Pretty decent food. Cool 50s vibe. It’s cash only so make sure you have money on you before you come. Service was good.

I ordered a small iced coffee or 2 every morning. $5 each plus $1 tip. Very steep but they can take advantage of their location. Next door at the art center an iced coffee is $7 but did not have the chance to try one and compare.

Good food with very friendly staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very cool with antiques hung around around the room.

Every year my family and I look forward to getting our quick beach bites from Olympic Island.
We yearn for the tuna the moment we leave the shore and talk about it constantly until the second we cross the bridge the following summer.
We take home several tuna sandwiches to hold on to the last sweet bites of our vacation and pack extra ice in our coolers for it’s journey home.
The people couldn’t be nicer and are always quick to get our order out so we can hop down to the beach, coffee and snacks in hand.
A great spot to sit and have a bite, watch the bikers on the path and get a feel for how the day is going to be.
I truly feel this is my favorite spot in Wildwood.

Early walk to breakfast at wildwood crest. Found the arrows leading to this place from ocean avenue. Just what I needed. This place is clean and well decorated with 50’s nostalgia. Matching music is at a just right volume. Waitstaff is friendly and quick. The choices were simple and good. I heard a guy next to me rave about his chipped beef. You are on your own with that review. I had perfectly cooked eggs and home fries. Bacon for my wife was crispy and I had ham. They sang happy birthday for customers while I was there. What’s not to like? Cash only.

This hotel is very family friendly, our room service does a great job of keeping our room clean. The pool area is very nice, the real bonus of this hotel is the proximity of the beach. We can see the ocean from our room. The beach is only a short walk away. I highly recommend booking with Olympic resorts if you want a good stay while on vacation.

Went for breakfast and could not be more pleased. The food is phenomenal; classic diner cuisine that’s done the good old fashioned way. Couple this with the huge portions and reasonable prices, and it can’t be beat. The staff was pleasant and very attentive, and the dining area is very inviting, with plenty of seating and tons of cool 50s memorabilia on display. The beautiful beachfront location and large windows to capture the view is the icing on the cake. Overall, this place is a definite must-visit if you want a cheap, classic diner experience in a laid-back atmosphere.
