Can not recommend Olvi enough. My fiancée and I came for a glass of wine and hors d’oeuvres. The atmosphere here is so fun and welcoming. Our server Jordan was so helpful and helped make our experience great. We got some oysters as well as a burrata dish both of which were delicious! We didn’t totally love the wine but the environment and food make up for that. Can’t wait to come back!

Came here for a date night. We ordered oysters, sardines, and the smoked trout roe. We paired our meal with white wine and vermouth. The food was light, flavorful, refreshing and fun. Drinks were delicious. It was really an enjoyable experience, making Hasta que Olvidemos one of our new favorite restaurants in Bend.

I had a wonderful experience at Hasta Que Olvidemos in Bend. Everyone on the team was fantastic, and my server, Frank, made the visit even better.
