American food with some Mexican items. We will have week night specials like Italian night, Mexican night and Asian influence night. Southern influences in some of our dishes. We are set to open February 2025. We can cater and book special events. Our outdoor patio with fish pond adds a nice ambiance with mountain views.

This restaurant is in the Mimbres Valley. I would consider it a hidden gem. The food is made as ordered not made then reheated. The cook and owners are so outgoing and friendly. My girlfriend ordered lasagna and being an Italian from Jersey, she lived it. That says alot. I had a bacon, eggs, hash browns and toast breakfast. Marvelous. We were there when it opened at 11am. It is definitely a must go.

The people here were so sweet, and the food was delicious too! We had the special, which was Korean flavored beef with rice and veggies (I didn’t think to take a picture before we both cleaned our plates). I told them it was my boyfriend’s bday so we had to get dessert and they brought out a big plate of apple pie and ice cream! They allowed our dog to sit on the patio too.

I had the Cajun Fettuccine Alfredo and added chicken, my husband had a green chili cheese burger. The Alfredo was so good, my husband enjoyed his burger. We enjoyed the best cheesecake for dessert. I recommend this restaurant, I gave them 5 stars! So deserving.

After a morning hiking in the Gila National Forest, we were starving and decided to swing through Mimbres on our way back to Silver City hoping to find a place to eat. Oluv was the first spot we saw, and we’re so glad we pulled in! Not only is the food incredible, but the people are genuinely some of the kindest you’ll meet. Everything was cooked fresh and made to order, from the straight-from-Mississippi catfish to the amazing enchiladas. There’s truly something for everyone. Always a joy running into folks from your neck of the Gulf Coast! We can’t wait to make the trip back! ❤️

Fantastic little place! Seems family run, and if they aren’t, they sure act like one big family. The food was above expectations and definitively worth the price. But the cheesecake, the cheesecake! One of the best I’ve ever had! The special caramel sauce was a splendid addition too, highly reccomend!

What a find in the middle of nowhere! The food was amazing! I had the lasagne and it was beyond terrific and tasty. Their homemade bread accompanied the meal and was definitely a nice addition. The staff are super friendly and personable. It’s a 2 hour drive from Las Cruces but would definitely be worth it. It’s an even shorter drive from Silver City.

If you’re in the Gila, there are not many options to eat – luckily we found OLUV and could not have been more pleased with the food and service. Everything is clearly cooked-to-order and fresh; but the best part is the atmosphere that the owners have created. It felt like walking into a restaurant that I had ate at daily for the last 10 years! Worth a drive out from Silver City just to experience the kindness and delicious food OLUV serves.

Truly a gem. My wife and I visited today and the food was DELICIOUS! The owner was kind, funny, and passionate about her food and restaurant. This will quickly become a monthly visit for us, perhaps more frequent. They’re doing a lot of improvements to add to the atmosphere. The pricing was more than fair for the portions. The burgers are amazing. So is the Alfredo. 10/10 would recommend!

I don’t normally write reviews. However this place is amazing. We were on a family trip to Gila Hot springs, we stopped at this little restaurant. The staff are extremely friendly. Hey my Asian people this place have Pho, and it is not bad at all. People don’t forget about their desserts.
