100% worth the wait. We showed up there during peak dining times, we were told the wait would be 35-40 minutes. They got us seated in 10-15. We were expecting a long wait for drinks and food since it was a very busy night, we got everything in 10 minutes. We were astonished by the amazing service, and the food was super good, especially the quesabirrias! The tasty food, quality, service, and price, makes it all reasonable and worth it!

Only a month old but very popular. Come early if you want a table without waiting or reservations. Great food and a fun menu. Lots of drink options (fantastic margaritas) and excellent appetizers. Service is very good. Guacamole is prepared fresh in the dining area. Because it is busy, close parking may be limited. Best Mexican food in Rochester!

Worth the wait! Ollin is so good. Really flavorful food. All of the vegetarian section is vegan as is. Chips and salsa and guacamole are delicious. The service and atmosphere are splendid. We will be back soon. Everyone in the place looked like they were enjoying the time and food.

Ollin Cocina & Tequila opened was truly impressive. It’s the small details and personable staff that make a place stand out, and they exceeded expectations. From the refreshing cucumber water and the chips and salsa brought to the table right away, to the knowledgeable, kind and friendly wait staff, the experience was outstanding from start to finish.
The food was excellent! My husband and I ordered the quesabirria tacos, the carnitas and queso special, and finished with the homemade churros—everything was delicious. The margaritas were just as impressive. We enjoyed the skinny margaritas, which were very refreshing (next time I’ll definitely add tajín to the rim), as well as the cucumber jalapeño margarita, which was amazing. We already can’t wait to go back for not only the food but the experience!!

Very new, spacious, chic, upscale Mexican restaurant. Food was really tasty and with good portion size. Service was fast and with affordable priced menu. Lots of food and drink options in menu. We liked the complementary nachos, the white dipping sauce was really good. We tried the margarita flight, all were strong enough with good taste. For main course we tried chicken nacho cheese and vegetarian enchilada both were really flavorful and tasty. Would recommend this place!

This place is great! Good food, delicious margaritas and even a guacamole cart. Had the Fajita bowl and was super fresh. Only complaint was sitting at the bar. Its not very deep and being tall my knees were not happy.

Our first visit, everything was 5⭐️ We have been waiting for a place that makes table side guacamole to come to Rochester, thank you for this!!! Al Pastor street tacos were wonderful! Spicy pineapple and cucumber jalapeño margaritas were perfect Alfredo was an amazing server, everyone was so attentive. If you haven’t yet go check this place out!!

Fantastic new restaurant that serves excellent food and drinks. You can reserve a table online ahead of time and check your place on the waiting list. I’ve not seen a restaurant that provides real-time updates on your wait time. Because of that, we didn’t have to wait around until a table was ready. The service was so fast and friendly, yet not pushy. We got in and out in less than an hour. They served the best queso I have had in years. The margaritas were clearly popular because it seemed like every table had ordered one.

This place is awesome! We’ve already gone twice food is delicious, service is top notch, margaritas are made with real fruit, what more could you ask for?? The table side guacamole is a must as well (as noted by many other reviews and glad we listened!).
