We stopped here on our way to the festival of lights at the botanical Gardens. It is located 1 mile away. This is what we would call a good decision. I’m always surprised when I see Alberino on the wine menu because it’s uncommon and also my favorite so we started off on a very good foot. This is a tapas bar so we started each with a short rib taco which was divine and we forgot to take a picture because we smashed them so quickly. Then a warm compote brie, which was even better. Next up were the meatballs which were good, but did not knock either of the other two out of first place. We finished off with the Parmesan truffle fries. Woof! Our server Ritchie was great with keeping the food perfectly placed and keeping the glasses filled. Also very accommodating to my service dog and my request for a half booth. We had a great experience.

Hands down, one of the best brunches I’ve had in Denver. Every dish we tried at Ollie and Parks was absolutely stellar—from execution to flavor to presentation.
We started with the Smothered Chicken & Biscuit, which came layered with creamy sausage gravy, silky béarnaise, and a perfectly cooked sunny side up egg. The biscuit was fluffy and hearty, and the grits underneath brought everything together into one rich, soulful bite.
The Shrimp & Grits delivered unexpected depth—creamy heirloom cheese grits paired with sweet tomato and pepper brightness, spicy chorizo sausage, and a white wine garlic finish that made every forkful better than the last.
I personally ordered the Steak & Eggs with flank steak, cooked medium rare, and it came out perfectly. Juicy, flavorful, and complemented by béarnaise, crispy home fries, and toast with eggs your way. It felt like a true weekend reward.
The Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Benedict was another standout—fresh crab, poached eggs, a punchy hollandaise, and dill on a toasted English muffin. It was rich, satisfying, and well-balanced with crispy home fries.
We also shared the Pecan CinnaSticky Bun, and it’s everything you want in a brunch dessert: gooey, warm, nutty, and comforting without being overly sweet. The kind of thing you think you’ll just take one bite of… and then it’s gone.
Drink-wise, I had a spicy Bloody Mary—bright, tangy, and savory with a nice kick of heat. It came garnished simply with lemon and lime, no peppered rim, and it was the perfect match for the savory dishes. I also had an espresso martini made with real, fresh espresso—not cold brew—and it was incredible. Frothy, bold, and smooth, with just enough sweetness and that perfect coffee punch to keep you buzzing through brunch.
The atmosphere is welcoming and stylish, the service was warm and attentive, and every plate that came out of the kitchen made us wish we had room for one more dish.
I’ll be posting photos of each plate—because honestly, they looked as good as they tasted. Whether you’re local or visiting, Ollie and Parks needs to be on your brunch bucket list.

Stopped by on a Saturday for their daily happy hour and overall had an enjoyable experience.
We ordered the shrimp gnocchi, the short rib taco, and the crab cake. The gnocchi was delicious as was the short rib taco, and the crab cake seemed like good quality but I personally don’t love crab.
The drinks were a bit disappointing. Good prices at $7 for most common cocktails, but not great quality. I enjoyed the whiskey sour, but thought the moscow mule and margarita were somewhat syrupy and overall not great (esp the marg).

Traveling all the way from Florida, we inquired to which Downtown restaurants were on Denver’s “Must Try” list. Ollie & Parks Denver was hands-down one of the favorites with the locals we spoke with. The restaurant is posh with classy stylish decor that offered an open and comfortable seating arrangement. I loved the that tables/seating weren’t crammed together and were spaced far enough apart. My fiancée’ and I were greeted at the door, brought to our table and enthusiastically greeted by our stellar waiter Eric. We ordered drinks and Eric described the menu and offered menu suggestion according to our conversation of likes and dislikes. My Fiancé’ ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict, and I followed Erics suggestion and ordered the Ollie & Parks Breakfast Platter. Everything was on point with our brunch and especially Eric, our waiter, bringing it all together with just the right amount of attention and conversation. We cannot brag enough about this gem and our experience. We look forward to returning in December 2025 and already made plans to return.

If you love scrumptious tapas and delicious, unique cocktails, you MUST stop by Ollie & Park’s. Not only was the food to-die-for, it seems to be a local, family-owned restaurant with immeasurable charm. It was a slow weeknight and the owner personally made sure our evening was a delight. One of their kids even brought our water to the table (it was absolutely adorable).

I popped in for Happy Hour and was pleasantly surprised. I think I found the best burger in town. Perfectly cooked, you can tell the patties are made by hand and the bun was nice an soft. The other special through out the week look great too.

I got the grilled Caesar salad and mint lavender lemonade, it as amazing! But we went there at 11:30 with the intent to order lunch but lunch starts at 3 which is for me surprising. But loved the restaurant!

We loved eating at Ollie & Parks. The service was excellent, very attentive staff and the tapas were timely. Our favorite dishes were the chicken sliders, miso cod, arugula salad, shrimp gnocchi and the bread and butter. Beware the short rib tacos are pretty spicy! The cocktails were great – buddy’s rendezvous was a highlight.
Overall we were really impressed with the price and quality of the dishes.
