A wonderful Experience! As a person that has dined all over the world, this was special. A few minor things that can be adjusted. Polishing silverware so guests do not hear the annoying sound of it when dropped into bin, was moved upon request! No need to ask for a spoon with pasta, it should in such a restaurant always come with. Chef, let’s make the presentation better in the spaghetti, see for yourself ! It should be a goal to get that Michelin star back, as hard as it is! Wish i could remember the names of the staff but the wonderful young gentleman that has only been there for 4 weeks took exceptional care of me. The young lady that is half Italian and Tunisian is incredible. I did 5 courses with self selection on wine. The food was tremendous with a few minor issues, the Monkfish was overcooked, the rest of the meal was superb! Well done and thank you!

This was my last meal in my trip to switzerland, and it was the perfect finale for me.
I had the full 6-course menu, and I got to taste variety of dishes, from carpaccio, spaghettini, bouillabasse, cheese and et cetera. Great mediterranean flavors.
The view over the lucerne lake is also really beautiful.

Great experience! Amazing 6 course menu at 130 chf, exactly the right quantity of food. The cocktails are also mastered for a reasonable price.
One advice though is to not go for the truffles, they tend to add more digits to the bill than they add truffle taste to the meal.

I set up a reservation for Olivo a few months ago while we were planning our trip from the US. As we were preparing to walk to the restaurant tonight, I was reviewing some of the pictures others had submitted with their reviews and knew we were in for something very special. She got the 4 course summer menu while I elected to get the 5 course. The only thing surpassing the presentation was the flavor of every delicious bite. We’ve shared some very memorable meals over the years and this one will definitely be added to that list. The service was excellent from the very moment we checked in.
If all that wasn’t enough, enjoying a world class meal with a view to match took it all over the top. If you have something special to celebrate, I couldn’t recommend Olivo any stronger.

We had an incredible experience here at Olivo. All 8 in our party opted for the tasting menu, and it did not disappoint. Every course was amazing and SO beautifully presented! Two in our group are gluten free and one has a shellfish allergy, and they were able to accommodate them with some slight tweaks to the dishes. The service was also incredible, I highly recommend it.

This is an incredible restaurant with absolutely delicious food. I did the 6 course menu and everything was absolutely stunning as was the service and atmosphere. You could have told me it was a 2-star Michelin and I would have believed it!

Elegant restaurant, a beautiful view, and very good service; however, the meat in the main course was quite tough and flavorless. The starter soup and the dessert (cheeses) saved my lunch with clients.
