We came back after our first visit in January, when we enjoyed a truly delicious tartare.
This time, we went for dinner and we ordered the tartare again, along with a pizza, pasta all’arrabbiata, and a cotoletta. Everything was flavorful, well-cooked, and made with high-quality ingredients.
We couldn’t resist trying dessert, and we’re glad we did — the baba and the nougat were absolutely delicious and the perfect way to end the meal.
The service was friendly and attentive, and we especially appreciated how welcoming they were to us as a family with a toddler.
We will definitely be coming back again!

I don’t understand how the reviews can be so positive. Very surprised. Particularly because much better and tastier places in Crans have lower rating.

Three different meals over three days. The lasagna was rich and layered. The pizza thin and crisp. The saffron prawns and pasta cooked to perfection. Would gladly eat another meal if the trip didn’t end today.

We are from Saudi Arabia and we are visiting Crans-Montana. We had our first dinner outside yesterday at Oliveto, the food was great and the service as well. Very welcoming staff also very clean and comfy restaurant.

Yesterday at lunch, the pizza I ordered included a metal piece from the dough machine, resulting in me damaging my tooth. Other than a “sorry”, and covering the cost of my meal, they said there was nothing more that they could do. Am I wrong to think that, at the very least, they should have worked with me to find a dentist to repair my tooth? I am on Christmas holiday in your beautiful country, and will not be returning home for another week.

Not recommended. We ordered take away. Pizzas are small and expensive. The salad (for 15.5 CHF) was tiny (no tomatoes were delivered) and the sauce smelled bad.

It was easily the best meal we had in our first leg of Switzerland and having Mauro as our server was simply icing on the cake!! He was truly the epitome of going the extra mile and it was my mother who insisted we had to drop this review quickly!
