Slightly disappointed. I made a reservation for Olives but was instead Sat at Bellini, the lounge next door. Good staff and friendly service next door so I cant complain but it was not the reservation I made.

The atmosphere was very nice. The appetizers were good, as well as the lobster bisque. Our server was very attentive. We were very disappointed with our entrees. We both ordered pasta dishes, the sauces were not homemade. Overall very disappointing .

It was ok. Also it was open past 7pm. Hotel bar/ restaurant. I got the worse old fashion but it was at least cheap. The food was fine, nothing to write home about but also nothing unedible. Overall it was fine. It did the job when nothing else was open.

Very disappointing to say the least. I’m not one to complain normally, but this was such a bad going out experience for us that I wanted to pass it on in hopes that you might take our opinions into consideration. For the record I have sent the company an email and never heard back.

We had been to Olive’s many times before but not in awhile. We went back just recently and had a horrible time. The staff was very rude to us from not making us feel welcome at the host stand to giving us dirty looks because we weren’t eating in the bar area but rather having a drink before dinner. The food was very expensive and mediocre at best. We didn’t even get salads or decent bread with our meals. I’m not a cheap person by any means and a former waitress, but when I spend over $80 on my meal I have certain expectations. At least good food. The portions were small and my husband ordered shrimp scampi – which wasn’t exactly shrimp scampi but rather frozen shrimp on a bed of swelled rubbery pasta…

We have no problems spending money and would’ve been happy to have had another drink and desserts spending more in your restaurant but quite frankly I was so unimpressed with the rest of the evening that we did not.

As a former huge fan or restaurant I am very sorry to say that we will never be back and I will be sure to pass along my experience at Olive’s..

My family and I ate at bellini lounge and the only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because I love the server, Sue. My husband and I ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and when they came out the lettuce was brown, tomato was translucent, fries had so much salt it burned my mouth. The chicken had no flavor-therefore between the 2 of us we ate maybe 1 out of 2 sandwiches. Salad came with the wrong salad dressing so it never got eaten. My daughters ordered spaghetti and got penne which in turn meant they wouldn’t eat as much as they would have. The sauce was pretty much just a can of crushed tomatoes dumped over noodles. Sue was the ONLY server there (unacceptable this time of year) leading her to not be able to check back on her tables to see if we needed anything. I would say understaffed and the food is a disappointment considering I know how amazing this place used to be. Theres a good chance we wont return and I’ll steer others away from this place as well. They need to stop being cheap, find management who cares, quit understaffing a dinner shift at the end of June in a tourist town. Such a waste of money. I dont recommend coming to the suites for dinner in either restaurant.

The food was good. The service was not so good. Seems like the bar maid and waitresses were in the drama of an upcoming wedding. Likely will not return. BTW, the place was not busy, so no excuse for not taking care of paying customers.

I just dined at Olive’s last night, and I have to say the whole experience was great. We had reservations, which was good, because as soon as we walked into the Italian decorated restaurant, we were seated immediately. Our server was quick with our drinks, which happened to be two glasses of the delectable Traminette from nearby Mazza Wine Cellars in Chautauqua. It was hard to decide just which wine we would have, as their selection is quite large. Lucky for us, our server was quite knowledgeable and helped us select a good one. Our meal was fantastic, the grilled swordfish for me and stuffed white marble pork for my wife. Some artisan ice cream made locally by Brick Village Gourmet finished the meal off. We would recommend Olive’s to anyone that asked where to go to find a great meal with a great atmoshpere.

Had breakfast here while staying at the hotel. Kinda a strange setup, it’s really just your average hotel breakfast with cheesy eggs sausage bacon and a few yogurts and cereals. Maybe a bagel. They had milk but I didn’t see any juice.

We ate breakfast here after spending the night at the attached hotel. They had a better than average breakfast buffet. Not a huge buffet but everything was good.
