Olive Oil’s Pizzeria and More

Their idea of a medium thick crust pizza is a large by other standards. The toppings were generous and tasty, both the meat monster and butter garlic shrimp pizzas were delicious at prices that didn’t break the bank. Service was fast and the workers were cheerful. I am glad we found a new great place for pizza and other Italian meals, will tell my friends and family about this.

My husband has been ordering from here for about a month for his lunch at work with nothing but beaming compliments. Tonight, we were out shopping and decided to grab dinner for home. He decided that he would show me the glory that is Olive Oil’s.

These pizzas are….MASSIVE. For only 50 bucks, we got two of these insanely huge pizzas and 12…TWELVE…pepperoni rolls. Incredible. And it was delicious, too. Couldn’t ask for a better local pizza place.

Dec.13 Customer service great, food great. Atmosphere no so great xmas tree helped but it shouldn’t be up to the workers to clean …clean up yes but make corporate pay a cleaning crew to look like a waiting area with cushioned seats.Employees at Washington that day need a pay raise I worked that day ,roads were not good and there were still deliveries being made. The employee can in from a delivery and I was picking up my order from inside and he asked if I was waited on and I said yes thank you. You don’t get that recognition often. They were polite ,professional and multitasking cause the phone was ringing off the hook.

Yikes! Phil H (the store manager) is a very inappropriate person who has made quite some hostile remarks to others.

Additionally, the pizza is not fresh AT ALL. It seems like the pizza was made a week ago, it was so bad! I will definitely be supporting other local pizza shops with fresher pizza and employees with better attitudes.

Normally I don’t do reviews but today I think one is warranted. My ordering experience started out great. I easily ordered on the slice app and my food came in a timely manner even during dinner rush. The delivery driver was great as always and is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. When I ippend my hoagie to barely had any meant, was missing the cheese completely and was more toppings than anything else. I called the restaurant to ask if it could be remade and got an attitude from the start telling me that I was wrong and he made and he knew it was right. He then proceeded to put the phone down (without putting me on hold) and talked to his coworkers about how I was lying. Then proceeded to get back on the phone and when I asked to speak with a manager I got told he was one and I’ll get my remake when I get it and hung up the phone. This is the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had. Because of the one employee it makes me want to never order here again.

Pizza was ok but cold. The buffalo wings were covered in grease, not sauce. I ordered the greek salad for the pepperoncini’s and there wasn’t even one in it!!! Bread sticks were ok.

Have ordered in the past with no problem. Most recently, the breadsticks were undercooked and the calzone was inedible. There was far too much cheese (never thought I’d say that) and all the pepperoni was in one stack, undercooked. Incredibly greasy, couldn’t eat it. We called and offered to return it for our money back. They told us no, they could remake it. Literally lost my appetite, disappointed at their solution.

Only Ordered from here a few times. Tonight I went in to pick up an online order and had a few minutes to wait which I didn’t mind. But upon standing there waiting and observing I noticed not one employee wears gloves while handle the food, their hair is not properly covered. It instantly made their food undesirable to eat. Maybe this is normal in pizza shops and I never noticed before but I thought handing any food requires gloves.

Pizza with a passion! From the minute Ray answered the phone I knew I chose the right place to order on a fall Sunday. My son and I were in for a treat! He was not only excited for my selection but ensured me he would make it with love. The team not only went above my expectations but he suggested how to build my order, so I could save a little money. He added a couple tenders for my son, leaving me with me more Philly Cheesesteak pizza lol. He took my order over the phone with a smile on his face and greeted me when I came in to pick it up. Hospitality at a pizzeria cheese was well portioned, meat season and crust had a golden crust – cooked to perfection. Wings were truly mild and my sons tenders were crispy! Our order left our stomachs full and wallet with some cash left. All you can ask for and they nailed the customer service aspect as well. You don’t get that anymore, thank you Ray and the team! Def order there again. Created some repeat business with that experience!

Ruined my nephews party with crappy recooked pizza and treat customers like crap when they have a complaint. Health department should inspect them i bet they dont even use proper cooling methods. I’m a former GM in the restaurant world I know crap when I see crap..
