Olive & Ivy was a great choice for a brunch bachelorette party. We had a group of 10 girls and the space worked really well for us. It’s a big restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating, so it didn’t feel cramped at all.

Our waitress was very attentive and handled our larger group smoothly, which made the experience even better. She even surprised the bachelorette with a special dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the celebration feel extra special.

I ordered the avocado toast with a side of potatoes and a latte with non dairy milk, and everything was fresh and satisfying. My vegan friends ordered the vegetable scramble without eggs and shared the Brussels sprouts appetizer, which were both big hits. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals, vegan and non vegan alike.

We were lucky enough to find street parking right nearby, while some of our friends parked in the garage. After brunch, we enjoyed walking around Old Town, which made the whole experience feel even more fun and celebratory.

Overall, it was a relaxed, enjoyable brunch spot that’s perfect for group celebrations. I’d definitely come back for another brunch or special occasion.

Wonderful food, wonderful service, wonderful atmosphere. Found this place while searching Google for a dinner spot, as I was in Phoenix on a business trip. The menu is what grabbed me so I knew what I wanted to dine on before I arrived. For starters, I had the Strawberry and Goat Cheese Bruschetta and the Lamb Meatballs, and for my entree I had the Veal and Spinach Ravioli. Everything was delicious. I sat at the bar and everyone on staff provided excellent service in a friendly manner.

I enjoyed dinner so much that I went back the next night. Sat at the bar again and received the same excellent service. Had the Lamb Meatballs again but this time I had the Classic Salmon Caesar.

Olive and Ivy is certainly a beautiful spot, making it a perfect place for a nice night out or a happy hour stop. The atmosphere and aesthetics here are easily five stars; sitting at the bar was a great experience with a bustling, lively energy.
However, I have to be honest about the food I ordered. I focused on small plates during my visit, trying the Shrimp and Calamari Frito Misto and the Lamb Meatballs. While the ingredients were clearly fresh and the portions were fine, I found both dishes to be just okay. They unfortunately lacked a lot of flavor and punch. The seasoning was really muted, and I was hoping for something more vibrant to match the restaurant’s stunning setting.
The service at the bar was attentive and quick, and the cocktails I saw looked amazing. I am rating this four stars because the overall ambiance and service make it a wonderful place to be. I will absolutely be back to try some of their other mains or pasta dishes, hoping the flavor profiles there are stronger.
Come for the incredible patio and atmosphere, maybe stick to a few different menu items if you’re a flavor chaser like me!

Everything we tried was spot-on and thoughtfully prepared. The lamb meatballs were light, clean, and full of flavor. The bacon-wrapped dates alone are reason enough to make the trip, absolutely irresistible. The white truffle prosciutto flatbread was rich and perfectly balanced, while the crispy Japanese sweet potato paired beautifully with the peppers and cauliflower. We saved room for dessert and were glad we did the crème brûlée was silky and classic, and the warm butterscotch cream cake was pure comfort. Every dish felt intentional and well executed. A huge thank-you for the spot-on recommendations; they truly elevated our experience and made the meal unforgettable.

A great choice for lunch! Both salads tasted great. The complimentary breag and pesto was awesome. We also ordered the crispy brussel sprouts, cooked very well, not overcooked at all, great flavor!

The outside seating was nice, noticed running fountain and the misting stations were a great addition to the patio!

I would recommend this lovely place. Oh the inside seating looked spacious and inviting as well. 0ur server Collin (hoped I spelled his name right) he was friendly, helpful with recommending menu items as well.

Make a reservation, it’s a must! We visited for the first time and were so glad we booked ahead! Both the patio and the dining room were completely full. The atmosphere is beautiful inside and out. The food was delicious (do not skip the Brussels sprouts!), and the service was excellent. As soon as the sun went down, they turned on the patio heaters to keep us cozy. It’s the perfect spot to relax with great drinks and even better food.

My 2-day adventure in booking a table here 2h in advance finally went to an end resulting in a reservation outside. Even in that rainy afternoon the place was crowded, so it’s better to book a table. Nevertheless, the staff kindly accommodated me inside as a better option, I didn’t hope for. Then followed a fresh bruschetta with an incredible pesto sauce. The dates wrapped in bacon turned out delightful. So delicious was the chicken scalloppini in parmesan and prosciutto. The energetic atmosphere and thoughtful service by Keiran complemented the overall positive experience of this place.

We had a great experience! Made a reservation for the patio and it was perfect. Lots of heaters that made it very warm! Armond was our waiter and he was very knowledgeable about the menu! We had a food allergy but he knew most of the answers before even asking the kitchen! We had bruschetta, Brussels sprouts, flat bread and pasta. The pasta was phenomenal! Incredible flavor! We both loved it! Highly recommend this restaurant. It’s all made from scratch, in a cool location and great atmosphere!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars – A Hidden Gem in Old Scottsdale!
What a wonderful find! Olive & Ivy is hidden away in the heart of Old Scottsdale, and it truly feels like a little paradise. The outdoor seating area is absolutely lovely, with beautiful trees, plenty of shade. Its the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal.
The staff are amazing. So friendly and attentive without being over the top. Just really nice people who made the whole experience great.
The food was delicious! I had the BLT with chicken and it was perfectly crispy and juicy, plus the sweet potato crisps on the side were fantastic. Ended with an espresso and one of their cute little cake lollipops, such a nice touch.
Great wine and cocktail options too. Honestly, if you’re in Old Scottsdale, you need to check this place out. It’s a bit hidden but totally worth finding. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is huge! We had some issues getting a table we liked as we were seated right by the door to the patio at first and whenever a server went in or out, there was a huge gust of wind. The food was just okay. In my opinion nothing to write home about and definitely not worth the price. The flatbread was much better than the short rib. Our service was just okay. One item at our table came our wrong and the server just never came back to the table to check how things came out so it was a hit disappointing. Save your money and find another cute place in town.
