This place is okay for airport food, but I definitely wouldn’t come back to this place when I fly through az. You can tell that this place is only in business because people are hungry when they get off their flight ✈️ as it definitely has its times where it gets busy when people get off the flight and times where it gets slow and employees are playing around behind the counter, or in the kitchen. It’s okay ♀️otherwise, but the pizza definitely gave me heartburn . The male employees are way more attentive to customers.

Over an hour wait for pizza? The panini had one slice of each meat, too much sauce. Waitress was impatient and semi rude. It’s bad enough to have to pay thru the nose for food, but to have it so far below par is bad. That sandwich was 11.95

DO NOT go here. If I could rate this place at zero stars I would. First time ever writing a review for a restaurant which should tell you how poor the experience was. The older woman at the register was EXTREMELY rude when I ask for the latte to be iced because she already put it in as a hot latte. She proceeded to berate me asking if there ANYTHING else I wanted to change as if pouring the coffee over ice was a huge request. She also threw the muffin (which was labeled as a raspberry muffin but had absolutely no raspberries) I ordered to the side when she realized that someone had already gotten one ready. DO NOT GO TO THE RESTAURANT.

Staff is incompetent. Food is beyond stale. The bread on my breakfast sandwich was rock hard. The best part was when the guy at the register told me that I needed to order at the other side of the counter. There was no one at the other side, so he walked over and took my order there and proceeded back toward the register to ring the order up. How do people like this exist or survive?

One of the Best Morning experiences in a Airport Ever! Olive & Ivy, I hope Phoenix Sky Harbor know what a pleasant atmosphere you receive from this establishment! I came in before they opened and they still helped me! Top notch Customer service. Everyone was greeted! The staff’s all look like they really like each other not just tolerating to get through the day. This was a Saturday morning everyone was busy all on the same page. Now just with that in mind. I had a blueberry muffin. I experienced other customers really enjoying their food. No one looked unhappy. As the flow of customers came in and the market got busier. Not one of the staff members missed a beat. Staff were offering to bring your food or beverages to the table. I can’t talk enough about this place. When I see excellent Customer Service! I have to elaborate! We need more places with this type of Success! Thank you for the awesome service!

Brioche bun was toasted nicely. Egg was over cooked, they were sitting in the oven waiting to be placed into a bun. It was still very good. Added ketchup and hot sauce.

It’s hard to give a fair rating for one of my favorite pizza places ever since they were completely out of pizza when I walked all over the terminal to find them Friday afternoon. Then I also found out that they no longer have a vegetarian option, per se, although they do have cheese.
