I had dinner on 15th January 2025. Good food and great service. I didn’t remember my server’s name. She was friendly and attentive except she forgot to give me a take out bag before i left.

Awesome experience! We ordered online & didn’t yet have our link for check-in when we pulled up. They came out to.check in with us either way, expedited our order, and even brought out beverages for while we waited. Huge shout out & recommendation for this location!

Nice American Italian style restaurant with great menu. Their breadsticks and salad as a side are amazing and so was the spaghetti with meatballs. Their draught beer pump was down, so only bottled beers available, including delicious Peroni. Kids menu also available. Pro-tip: tiramisu!

My husband and I went out for our anniversary. We were starving and Olive Garden has always been so good. So we went in
We were seated right away. Great!
Then we gave our order in a timely manner.
We ordered a pitcher of sangria and our meals.
The pitcher took a long time. I asked about it and was told the bar was backed up. Been there before. Not stressing..
So a few more minutes pass and we get our sangria. Not long after our food comes out. I’m not one to complain in a restaurant I was a server for YEARS! But…. I had a very visible hair mixed in with my meal. I instantly got grossed out. Told the server. She did the right thing and took it away. Then she tells me she will get her gm. I’m thinking great! We haven’t had a great time and maybe he can help… nope! He comes over, defends his kitchen crew. And I told him I understood. As I’ve also been in the food service this can happen. I want to be clear. I NEVER look for a hand out. But the service and whole experience were lacking. I expected at least a percentage off my meal. As i had to wait while my husband had his. Also what’s the all you can eat breads ticks and salad for the first course only??? That makes no sense… anyway. I’m telling you this because I’ve eaten at this specific restaurant many times while visiting wenatchee. And never had service/ food like this.

We went out for our family’s birthday dinner (all 6 of us have birthdays in a 10 week period). When we checked in we were told it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait. Great. 45 mins later I asked how much longer we could expect as the one year old was getting HUNGRY. She said prob about 20 more minutes. Okay we figure by the time we load up, drive to new place unload that’ll be more than 20 so we wait. During this time a much larger group than ours checked in and they were told a 45 minute wait. Every customer in the waiting area heard the host say that which was evident when they were called back before all those waiting and everyone was really upset by this.We checked in at 520 and we’re seated at 650 just as we were ready to give up and leave. I also want to not a party of 2 checked in and were told a 20 minute wait and the guy said so probably an hour and the host replied yes!! Waiting is NOT the problem. Honesty IS. Just be up front with people. I’d rather you shoot for a longer wait and bring us back earlier than to stand there with 4 hungry kids for almost 4x the estimated wait time we were given. Then.. the restaurant was so busy our server as hard as he tried couldn’t keep bread sticks on the table. We hardly saw him and I am not blaming him because he was exceptional it was just a busy night but I will say if there is a large party maybe bring each person 2 bread sticks to start and when refilling bring each person 1 or 2. Especially if they’ve waited that long and are beyond ready to eat. I had ordered the dip and never got to ask for my second flavor because the host wasn’t around, again not his fault the place was packed. Anyway, as you can imagine for a family of 6 it is quite expensive to eat out and especially when you feel like you didn’t get the experience you paid for because the place was so busy… Our fault. We came from Quincy and had no idea it would be so busy! We could have driven to texas roadhouse in Tri Cities with the amount of time we waited. I really hope you can take this information and just be more up front with estimated wait times. It isn’t fair if you are just telling everyone low times so you don’t lose any customers.

We were there to celebrated 69th Anniversary for the parents. Food was great and fresh and the waitress was super friendly and very patiant. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 star just because the woman bathroom. The water was running super slow and cold. I hardly could finish washing my hands. This just a small detail but it would be nice to have warm water that run good so we could wash our hands since the Covid things still around.

Nice and quiet place, no crowd, no music. Kids or family friendly. Little too little space around the table. Perhaps they have an area with chairs instead of couches. But I didn’t spot it. It was Monday, 7pm. We were waiting to be seated for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, they did not take reservations. It was way too cold, we spend there almost 2 hours including waiting time, and I was freezing.
In regards of food, all meals we ordered were delicious and appeasing. The size was big enough for an adult. I shared my meal with kiddo and still had some leftovers. We have paid for 3 adults meals and 2 kids around $80-90.
The last, but not least, the waitress was very polite, talkative, and attentive. She was trying to exceed our expectations. I believe her name is Zella. Very nice girl.
It’s all about cheese!!!
