Ordered delivery, Tour of Italy and a Zuppa Toscana. It came at the high end of the delivery time, which is acceptable. However, the quality of the food did not meet expectation. Halfway through the chicken parm the centre was not fully cooked. The soup had a funny taste, the Alfredo pasta was not even luke warm. When I took the kids off, everything was visually pleasing, but was left disappointed for the price, leaving more than half the meal uneaten.

Went here on 1/10/2026. There was 3 couples of us and Rex was our server. As always, our food was excellent. The service was over the top. Rex kept us entertained with his wit and humor. Each of us commented how enjoyable our experience was with the fabulous food and excellent service. Rex came by often to make sure we didn’t need anything and if we did, we received it promptly. As mentioned, food was excellent as always and the service was outstanding.

Our waiter was fantastic! He was on top of refilling our drinks, bringing our food quickly and resolving all our concerns! I recommended the shrimp appetizer as it was tremendously delicious! Prices are close to $20 for an entree so take that into consideration. The restaurant was clean, great music and clean restrooms.

the bar was a very nice, noisy place to sit. our server had a voice that was quite prominent and the service was good but we were interrupted too many times. i really only need to see a server three maybe four times during the meal.
the food tasted like some high end frozen food I just heated up for myself. the drinks were pretty limited and the atmosphere was chain restaurant.
totally underwhelming atmosphere and food, and I still got to pay $62 for something that was not worth half of that. i won’t be back, i just went because someone was buying me dinner. and the breadsticks were stale/dried out.
what a waste of money to not serve fresh breadsticks (5-10¢/e ). it makes a poor impression on your customer and makes them less likely to come back. It’s just a breadstick.
also, if a server wants to get a good tip, they should leave the table not stand there as if they’re not paying attention waiting for you to calculate or press a button on the screen. If you want me to tip you well, don’t hover.

Honestly really disappointed. Ordered carside dinner, went to go pick it up 20 minutes after order was placed. One of our entrees was solely just the “Soup/Salad/Breadstick” combo. They forgot my soup, and they also forgot my hubby’s soup that came with his meal.
I called the manager, spoke to Bryan who was really nice and offered a refund within a couple days (havent received it yet, not sure if he refunded just the soups or our whole $65 order). I will come back and edit when i see a refund;
After i got off the phone… I thought, well at least I still have my salad…..WRONG. My salad was disgusting and moldy pieces were in it.
Not to keep complaining, but 7 out of our 10 breadsticks were super hard and stale. Only a few were salvageable. Maybe the staff last night had an off-night, who knows, but that food should not have been served.
Just really disappointed in the Carside service and the kitchen. I wont be returning.

We thought we would order some Olive Garden for dinner, always enjoyed their food. I ordered the manicotti and chicken parmigiana dinners with the house salad and toscana soup. Bread sticks and Alfredo dipping sauce. Everything was enjoyable except the chicken parmigiana, both pieces of chicken were very very dry, we barely touched them. Chicken parm has always been nice from OG, I was disappointed.

The host really ruined our experience. A younger blonde girl. We made a reservation for 11:30 and got there a bit early. We were told everyone had to arrive and wait until 11:30 to get to our table which is fine. However, the host seemed annoyed that we arrived early, kept dismissing our questions, and by the time it was 11:30, she did not seat us. When asking about our table past 11:30 (because she told us we would be seated right at 11:30), she then irritatedly told us that we could not be seated because our server had not arrived. No apology after making us feel uncomfortable about arriving a few minutes early, making it seem like it was the groups fault that we were not being seated, then to finally be told that it was actually because our server had not arrived was very rude.

My fiance and i wanted to try this place for the first time after hearing so many good things about it, and after all these years knowing its existed I’ve been curious so we went for an early dinner. We were first greeted by the bartender on staff who was less than polite and made me feel completely unwelcome, when we asked any questions because we hadn’t been here before she sighed and gave us very generic answers like we were a bother. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 9 years, so I understand being your last customer of the day, being tired and wanting to go home, but we will not be returning because of her. Our second bartender/server was AMAZING I can’t recall his name but he was a refreshing change to the whole experience. OUR FOOD: we specifically went to try the endless pasta bowl, I see ads all the time for the price 13.99? Or something close to that, we get there and not only does the pasta start at 15.99, not 13.99 and to add protein it’s an extra 5.99 per person. So that’s already $20, or $40 together. We also got a dipping sauce expecting it to be $3 or something but it was $6! For about 4oz MAYBE of marinara. Lastly they purposely make the first bowl of pasta MASSIVE and the subsequent bowls about half the size so after the first one you have no idea if you can even stomach another, which felt unfair and like a waste of money. I know this is a corporation and it’s uncontrollable per location but I feel I had to say something because of how disappointed we were. I had semi high expectations going in and left with sad regret.

Our server was excellent . His recommendations were very helpful♥️. He made sure that we got everything that we needed . Soups and breadsticks were delicious, of course , until we got to the entrée. I ordered shrimp scampi with chopped tomatoes and asparagus . Somehow, they didn’t remove the core of the tomatoes (which I didn’t really mind it, but there were enough of it, not to notice) . But then the chopped asparagus was worse . Apparently, they added the hard part of the stem of the asparagus, too . The angel hair pasta was a little overcooked and bland . But the shrimps were cooked right❤️. Flavor wise, it’s bland and flat. Oh, and that wobbly chair sealed the deal for me. Please fix that chair. It’s a good thing most of them are friendly there. ️
