I had a great experience at Olive Garden. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and comfortable. The food came out hot and fresh, and the portions were generous. I especially enjoyed the unlimited breadsticks and salad—they never disappoint. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience and I would definitely come back.

The salmon was burned on both sides, but the worst part was when my wife saw the white-haired hostess leave the restroom stall and go straight back to work without washing her hands. Completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene. The only good thing was our server Brandon — he was polite, attentive, and provided excellent service.

Enjoyed a meal with family and friends at the Olive Garden in Chico. Service was good and attentive. They even boxed up our leftovers and allowed our teenage sons to order chicken fingers off the kids menu. We got them crayons.

4-6-19 – The service was great today. I had one of the specials they had, chicken parmigiana (chicken was literally about 12 inches long), and my husband had the streak and Alfredo. I tasted the steak, and the seasonings were nothing to die for but was good, but the chicken was great. Service was wonderful, and the waitress/server (Amanda) made sure we had a free dessert to share for our anniversary. For an appetizer, we had the loaded pasta chips. They were pretty good as well. Kinda larger than I expected. I could have used that as a dinner plate, lol.
4-13-23 – Today’s service was excellent. Our server was great about everything. He made sure our drinks were filled at all times. He came frequently to make sure everything was up to standards. He packaged up our leftovers perfectly. It was a great visit.

Went to Olive Garden expecting a nice dinner, but it was a total letdown. We spent $87 for two people and didn’t even get refills once — not on drinks, not on breadsticks. The food tasted bland and greasy, definitely not worth the price. To make it worse, they sat us right next to a loud kids’ birthday party even though there were plenty of open tables elsewhere. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the experience at all. For what we paid, we could’ve had a way better meal anywhere else. Definitely won’t be coming back

I had not been here in a long while, but it’s one of those places thats always the same, you know? I’m giving this place 5 stars mostly because of the service. Our waitress was so cool, she was a pretty person with a big smile and good energy. The kinda people I LOVE. We were kindly greeted and seated as soon as we walked through the door. As soon as we sat down we ordered our drinks and they were brought to us at the speed of light along with a salad and bread sticks. We ordered the Shrimp Fritto Misto for an appetizer and they came out HOT. I even told the girl, like wow are you guys always this fast? I was impressed. The salad was fresh, the bread was hot, and the appetizer was hot and crispy. I recommend you give that appetizer a try next time because it was good…. okay and the food came out quick and hot as well but at that point I was too stuffed to eat it and had to ask for a little box and take it home. I’m guilty of going HAM with the appetizers. Overall I give this visit a 10/10. If I end up going back in the future and they let me down I will update my review accordingly.

Compelled to write a review because we had such amazing service tonight from Grace. Came in for our anniversary and had 2 small kids and she went above and beyond and just made the experience so great for our entire family old and young alike. The kind of service you go back for – Olive Garden is so lucky to have hex!

Friendly staff, took a bit to get a glass of water. Had to ask for service. We were greeted when we walked in, but not at bar area. We sat for about 10 min got served and it was not even crowded. At least the waiter was friendly. Clean location, soup and salad good, the dishes were very good. All in all very nice.

We enjoyed going there. First time in years. Service was exceptional. The food was delivered in a timely fashion. Bill was $45 with tip. We drank water only. I had shrimp Alfredo. Hubby had 6oz steak and side of Alfredo. He loved the bread sticks and the pasta fagiole soup. I had same. Food was so good I forgot to take more photos. I recommend a trip there. We went on a Monday and we could hear each other talk.
