I forgot how much I loved Olive Garden. We were greeted by the owner/manager at the host stand. Our server was Herbert was friendly, attentive, and kept checking back to offer refills. We had the fried lasagna appetizer and the beef tip tortellini special. And of course the yummy breadsticks and salad/soup.

Always loved the food and service at Olive Garden, but today we where served by Yaya who took our tables food order and when my brother and fiancé asked to share their meal she stated “because they are sharing a meal the whole table won’t be able to ask for a refill on their soup”. Even though the rest of the table ordered their own meal and soup nobody could ask for a refill. I asked if this was a new rule they had at Olive Garden she stated no that it has always been that way except I’ve been going to Olive Garden for +10 years and that has not been the case. When I asked for clarification she stated “no you can’t order a refill because you’ll give it to them (my brother)” I was very disappointed with her service.

We’ve been there twice in the last 3 weeks. We had Chrystal the first visit and Melody? I think, but the service from these 2 ladies we re impeccable. Both visits we never had to ask for anything after ordering. Very professional, helpful and kind! I hope Olive Garden in arden truly appreciate you, as much as we did you service, thank you both so much.

It’s Friday (3/3) night dinner with the family. Added us to the waitlist. Within arrival waiting just about 10-15 minutes after checking in, was seated. The space was clean as usual (we’ve dined here before). Host was friendly and courteous. Our waiter was amazing! Took our order, very polite, and tentative but not too much. Food was served within 15 minutes after ordering. Salad was amazing. Soup was excellent. And the food was awesome! I ordered the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine. Rest of the family ordered the Lasagna, the standard Fettuccine, Kids Pizza, and the Shrimp Carbonara. All the food turned out great. I can’t say enough about the Chicken Marsala Fettuccine. It’s a new item on the menu and I highly recommend it. Super tasty and yummy! We paired it with the house Cabernet. The wine was okay, didn’t expect much. It’s not the highest quality, just something to pair with the food. Food Taste 5/5. Food Presentation 4.5/5. Service 5/5. Restaurant Cleanliness 5/5. Wait time to be seated 5/5. Wait time to getting food 5/5. Wine (Cabernet) 3/5. Value/Cost Ratio: 4.5/5. Overall, we had a great experience. We’ve been here many times before but this is the first I’m writing a review of this place. Highly recommend and would definitely return. We’ve never been disappointed.

Had a really great experience at olive garden. I went in for a birthday lunch and everyone there made it awesome. christian at the host stand was nice and got me seated quick, even going out of his way to ask the manager jaime a few questions for me before I sat down. Shauna took care of me the whole time, was super friendly, and checked in frequently despite the slight rush in her seating area. The food came out fast, hot, and tasted great. On my way out, a manager, Jaime, and another server, Cena, were there and they checked in just to make sure everything went well, which was cool and not something every place does. The staff all made my birthday lunch way better than i expected, I appreciated all of them. will be coming back with more people next time!

Literally waited 40 minutes to get seated. Once we got seated not one server asked us if we wanted anything to drink or served us at all. About 30 minutes being seated everyone around us got their drinks and their food and we still weren’t asked if we were ready. Anothrr groupof 6 had just been seated and was asked if they could get them anything to drink and that theyd be right back if they were ready , i finally asked if we were gonna get a server to help us and another 5 minutes passed by. I came here for valentines with my 8 year old for a mommy daughter date. My daughter left crying after I made the decision to just walk out. So dissapointing.

With all the bad reviews, I was worried. But to my surprise we had a great time! Our waiter Dylan was amazing! So helpful and kind!! The food was so good, probably the best I’ve ever had at any Olive Garden. All the employees were nice. The bathrooms were clean. Maybe they just need to replace the carpet, other than that it was a great experience!!!

Everything about our night out was good. Our server was attentive and consistent with checking in. The strawberry limencello margarita was amazing and our pasta and apps were just as good. Portions for all that we ordered were plentiful, there was a meal to take home.
