Super sweet new waitress! Ordered the chicken scampi and received the shrimp scampi. Had to reorder to chicken to go and never got to eat it at the table after an hour. My friend gave me a taste of the Tour of Italy. The lasagna was delicious but the chicken Parmesan and Alfredo was so dry. Our waitress also said she’d honor the bottle price on the wine then we got the bill and she said she couldn’t pet her manager?!?!? We ended up paying for two bottles. This needs to be addressed by the staff and management asap!

1 star is because man’s bathroom is horrible, been here twice im 3 weeks and it’s still the same. Very very hard to breathe in there, smells like urine been on the floor for years. Please clean it up. Other than that this place is really cool, food tastes good, customer service is excellent, but that one smelly room ruins the whole experience.

We really enjoyed the bottomless soup or salad and pasta. Be aware that there is an extra charge if you want a topping other than sauce on your pasta.

The free parking lot is almost always jam-packed. People often have to drive around the lot for 5-10 minutes to find a parking spot.

if you happen to find yourself at this olive garden, do yourself a favor and ask for Kay as your sever, and then go ahead and brace yourself to have your socks absolutely blown off by how phenomenally incredibly incomprehensibly amazing she is. words don’t come close enough to describe the wonderful service she provides, she is kind, quick, efficient, funny, and SUCH A HARD WORKER. no amount of praise said can ever be enough to compare to how great of a server she is, she has made a lasting impression on my family and we look forward to having her as a server when we visit. when she is your server you don’t have to worry about some subpar experience because she is the walt disney of servers, going above and beyond to give her customers a stellar experience. thank you Kay for being such a kick butt server!!

I’ve had a craving for creamy pasta for a few days now, and it’s been a while since me n my husband visited Olive Garden.
I had the shrimp carbonara and lasagna frittas. My hubby had the five cheese ziti and calamari. (We shared appetizers)All of them were very good and didn’t catch her name, but our server was fast and very friendly/polite!

I went to Olive Garden in Roseville with my family, for the very first time yesterday. But the service wasn’t slow at all. It was amazing and it was a great restaurant chain, is because we didn’t had to wait so long. It was a fast-approach, and rather than going to other restaurants that we would end up waiting forever. But ideally, I had tried an OG Favorite called the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara. The food was really creamy and fantastic and I would highly recommend to anyone, and especially for the sides of having ongoing garlic breadsticks and salads, and hot tasty soup. It’s delicious.

My wife and 4 kids and I had a great experience at OG on 12/5. It was a busy Friday but we were seated quickly and the food was great. What made the experience even better was the service. Anthony our server was personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Even our younger kids noticed how friendly he was and he really enhanced the experience.

My friend and I had a great experience with with Aliah as our waitress. She was very friendly and perfectly attentive. The food was delicious! I absolutely loved my ravioli with mushroom sauce. We were there from four to six on a Friday evening. The restrooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our time there. We can’t wait to go back!

Shoutout to STEVEN, our awesome server at Olive Garden tonight! He was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind from the start and made us feel right at home. He had such a great attitude, checked on us often, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. His positive energy honestly made the whole experience even better. Front waitress where rude since there were 3 but instead of greeting customers they were busy talking to each other and trying to figure out who was going to cover who since they were quite busy but not even a hello. 2nd ask me how many person I said 2 and they started to chat again so I walked away and waited to be seated but they didn’t ask fir name . A second couple comes in after me and they were seated before us and called by there name since they did waited until they decide to do procedure correct. I approached the inconvenience to manager and he stated talking to her and waived my appetizer charges but honestly while he was trying his best to do better service she was worst as she approached kitchen area and seen me while I was coming from bathroom she made certain comments and thinking she was the diva and that what ever they told her she didn’t care and it was 2 different occasions you can tell she was just trying to give me a hard time. 3rd issue restaurant was full and it seem there was enough employees to be wondering around and talking but bathrooms were very dirty toilet paper around toilets, paper towels dispenser empty and the other one just sitting on top counter of bathroom since im imagen it was not working since I couldn’t get non to dry my hands but point period it was a mess in there. Not coming back here for sure I even told my husband this is one of the best restaurants supposedly and located in Roseville next to Roseville galleria and the one on my area looks better than this smh.
