As a chef and someone who has delivered exceptional customer service for 18 years, i can honestly say this experience was absolutely awful from beginning to end. Once we were seated by the hostess, it took a good 12 minutes for our waitress to even acknowledge us or bring us a water. The manager, I believe named Tammy seemed to be checking on guests, but never once checked our way even when I called out to her due to us never being brought napkins from our waitress upon asking. Our waitress spent a fair amount of time texting on her phone and the food was gross. Ive been to a few olive gardens and this is by far the worst. Never experienced such horrible customer service or food. The breadsticks were hard, the salad was drenched and contained the outer parts of the onion, and the soup tasted off. We were also never given a milk or drink that came with the kids meal. After leaving, my daughter said she felt sick from the food. I almost felt awful not tipping. I have never not tipped 15% or more depending on the service, but I was in awe of how bad everything was and since we were not given our complete order, i felt it was fair. We will not be going back and I do not recommend this location. Save your money and find somewhere else to dine.

Went in on a Friday 1/30/26 evening to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Despite being busy, Nathan was awesome. His customer service was attentive and consistent. He toke care of his section very professionally and politely. We didn’t have to ask for refills and at the end of our meal he brought my daughter a slice of cake and sang her happy birthday.
Definitely coming back to this location. Thank you Nathan.

I ordered to go and paid for a large dipping sauce. My mistake was not checking before I left since I live 45 minutes away. The LARGE dipping sauce that cost nearly $8 with tax was NOT a large. I frequent Olive Garden and know that this tiny, half full container is not what I paid for. Disappointing experience.

We had a birthday party of 10 which changed to a party of 12, we were told the wait time to be seated would be 30 minutes, but we waited an hour. So, as you can imagine , the complaints started to roll in from several of our guests before we were even seated. After waiting about 30 minutes, some of our guests decided to wait at the bar before being seated at our table. The hostess sat more than 3 parties of 5 while we waited. Is the restaurant only able to accommodate one large party at a time? The restaurant capacity holds more than 300 people. We were finally seated and given 2 waitresses for our table, both of our waitresses also had to tend to other tables, so we waited again, an unreasonable amount of time to receive all of our drinks and all of our food. One waitress was really good and attentive but the other one was just awful, so half of our table was getting refills and having their requests answered while the other guests were not. At least 3 party guests didn’t receive their main entrees til nearly 4pm and we arrived at 1pm. So the manager comped one half of our party, which incidentally was not the side of the table that the birthday patron was even sitting on. The birthday patron also didn’t receive his cake til nearly 4pm; we had to ask for the birthday cake because apparently they forgot why we choose to come to their restaurant in the first place, and only the terrible waitress was the one to come over to sing, not the rest of the wait staff. I’ve dined there before, and at least 3 or more staff members usually come to sing and be festive. Some of our guests had allergies to food and required namely the salad to be made with almost everything on the side, and because of that, that end of the table received 2 salad bowls during 2 hours of all you can eat salad. One side of the table received one bowl of soup in 2 hours for all you can eat soup; so that side of the table had to request soup to-go when we left. We had to request things multiple times before receiving them, because as I stated, one one of our waitresses seemed prepared to handle a large party and seemed to know what she was doing, while the other did not. We made a complaint to the manager on duty who appeared to be condescending, and acted as if we should have been grateful that even some of our split checks were comped. However, the checks that were comped were undeniably warranted because of the unreasonable amount of time it took to receive their main courses. The entire party should of not have been free, after all we did eat and drink, but it should have at the very least been discounted. Even our split checks were not accurate and had to be adjusted at least twice. From the time we came in to wait, til the time we left, the service and hospitality was a crap show. Dining there with a party of 5 or less, from my experience seems to be no problem, but making Olive Garden your destination for a larger group or party is not worth it; you will not be treated like family. Our evening; our moment, was ruined. Management, needs to be fired and the full staff needs to be re-trained.

Olive garden is olive garden. Wish they gave proper attention to their tables. And table touched more. Host had 3 other staff at the time tell her no on a carseat sling and gave her attitude. AS WE WERE GETTING SEATED! Sorry for her to deal with hard headed staff members wasn’t letting her do her job. Server tried his best ? He took our order than came back for the check that was it. Do better olive garden.

The endless salad and breadsticks are always a hit with the family. I highly recommend the new braised beef and tortellini.
Our waitress was very friendly and helpful with our menu decisions.

It was a great dinner. For was delicious. But for it being all you can eat salad and bread, we were never asked for refills. Which i probably wouldn’t of gotten because I was full with what I had but still. The watermelon sangria was soo good!! Wish the glass was bigger! Otherwise a great dinner

I used to love their Gnocchi soup, it truly was the best!! But I had it in Dec. 2024 and it was the most horrible soup ever. What once was the best soup ever turned into the worst soup ever. My mouth was watering for my soup lol but it was not the Gnocchi soup that I fell in love with. I never went back until January 2026 I thought I would give it another try just to see if maybe they had a bad batch that day. My hopes were high and as I tried it again it seemed to have gotten worse than the time before. I don’t know what they have done to it or what they have not done to it but it is not the same soup. I won’t be going back.

Excellent service. Our wait person was very attentive with the iced tea and soft drinks. The food was very good.. nice and hot and very tasty. First order of breadsticks was cold but the second was nice and hot. I was very pleased that this time the salad was not soaking in dressing! I also like their new method of paying at the table. Quick and easy. I have to say I enjoyed going to this OG rather than the one in Clovis.
