Excellent service. Our wait person was very attentive with the iced tea and soft drinks. The food was very good.. nice and hot and very tasty. First order of breadsticks was cold but the second was nice and hot. I was very pleased that this time the salad was not soaking in dressing! I also like their new method of paying at the table. Quick and easy. I have to say I enjoyed going to this OG rather than the one in Clovis.

I placed an order to go (which we do occasionally) and when I got home, I realized part of my order was missing. I called the restaurant and was transferred to the culinary manager, Steven, who handled the situation so professionally. I appreciated his sincerity and mentioning that he would coach his team on their triple check process. Accidents happen, and I was just calling to see about getting a refund on the missing item, but appreciated the extra level of care he provided.

Very disappointed. Checked in with hostess and was told an hour to hour and half wait. Cool, checked in and gave phone # and brought the kids to a park down the road. 30 minutes get a text that I missed saying come now within 5 minutes or you will loose your reservation. Finally check the phone, see the text, call and was told the reservation was lost. If you tell me its an hour wait, I am accepting and planning for an hour, not 30 minutes. I was 5 minutes down the road anyways at the park with the kids. Was looking forward to the bread sticks.

By far the best dinner I’ve had in a while, and majority of that was because of the great service! Bri our server took care of us tonight provided us with top service. She made sure everything even the littlest things were to our want so we could actual enjoy everything. She had great recommendations and even at that she was so funny and sweet it made everything feel like we were dining with a close friend. I’ll definitely be back!! 🙂

Waitress was not good. Mom ordered spinach dip came back to tell her they were out. I ordered chicken Alfredo with grilled chicken got crispy. Husband ordered his meal with broccoli and it was on my plate not his. Mom had to order gluten free and waitress tried to pull up menu on tablet. Asked for paper and there was none. Another waitress mention a soup and salad. So mom ordered that and soup came. We were waiting for our food and thought hey she was supposed to get a salad and we never got our bread or salad after being there 35 minutes. I had to wave our waitress to ask where her salad was. She brought out a bowl. 5 minutes later brought us our plates. Came back and repeated our order. Time passed and waitress came stood there looking at us and said um let me go check on you food. Walked away and i called her back to ask for bread. When she brought back bread I had to ask for more salad. Never asked if we wanted more drinks. Got there 6:30ish and left a little before 9. So disappointed that we will not return or recommend this one to anyone.

Went on the weekend during lunch rush and staff were very kind and professional. We got seated in the time indicated, our server wasn’t the best but still did everything right, just seemed to have low energy, and thats ok! Food quality was great and came pretty quick too. Manager came over and checked on us which made me very glad. Will definitely return.
