I visited this Olive Garden location for dinner around 5 PM. The restaurant was not crowded at all, which was nice. The host greeted me politely, took my name, and asked me to wait for about 10 minutes. While the wait was acceptable, it felt a bit unnecessary given the place wasn’t busy.
The décor was fine, but there was a strange smell throughout the dining area that I personally didn’t like. It took me a while to get used to it, and I think this is something the restaurant should look into.
Our server, Francisco, was very quick and seemed to be in a hurry. We ordered drinks and water at room temperature, but the water was served full of ice despite the request. The food service started with salad, soup, and three breadsticks. The food itself was good, and I appreciate that they offer refills on salad, soup, and breadsticks. A staff member even asked if we wanted refills, which was nice, though we declined.
One concern I had was with the utensils—they had visible water marks, which made them look less clean. For a brand like Olive Garden, I think attention to this detail is important.
Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the staff was attentive, but the odd smell and utensil cleanliness need improvement. Service speed could also be a bit more relaxed to make the dining experience feel less rushed.

I came for dinner and had a great time I ordered the endless salad, and a create your own pasta, with an Alfredo pasta and cheese ravioli, with mozzarella sticks for an appetizer everything was delicious and the service was amazing.

Food wasn’t right temps. They gave us the lettuce butts and the end of the croutons bag…. crouton dust all over our salad. The server was meh but the hostess was fabulous. They didnt do a check back and we had to hunt them down for a drink refill

Walked In yesterday (01/22/26) at around 5pm, we were greeted immediately and sat down. Abel was our server and he has been the best server I’ve ever had at this location. He immediately got us started with our drinks and appetizer and brought out our food pretty quickly, food was so fresh and tasted amazing. Through out our dinner he constantly came around checking making sure we needed anything and for the first time we got refills on our soup because of how quickly he noticed we needed more. Thanks Abel for making it a great dining experience. Normally I would’ve never left a review for Olive Garden but Abel truly made our night. Also complimented us on our son and reminded us to cherish the small moments.

Came to Olive Garden for dinner with the family. We sat down ordered our drinks. When the server came with the drinks he spilled 2 drinks on me. Hit me on the head with one of the glasses. Not only were my pants soaked I had to go change my shirt. Luckily I had a sweater in the car. Reason I did not leave is because of my small children. We had ordered food for them. Manager Julie came to the table apologized and said entrees were going to be on the house. You would think after the incident they would be more attentive to the table. Our food showed up cold. We had to wave them down for refills on drinks. Just to say they didn’t even wipe down the table with a clean cloth after the drink spilled I cleaned it myself. They paid for one entree on the bill at it wasn’t even the one I ordered. They took of the least expensive item on the bill. I will not be returning to this location. With poor service.

We did have to wait a little to get assisted but once our waiter came to our table he was amazing. The service after that was top notch. Both Elijah and Kevin were amazing! They did awesome and made sure that we were assisted properly.

Always a good experience at Olive garden. This was super busy on weekends so I had to wait for 30 minutes. The website does not provide correct information. So either call ahead or reserve through their app! The taste and quantity is great. Servers are also professionals but lack that one point which makes customers feel welcomed. You can have vegetarian options as well.

Great Service and Good Food we were greeted and attended well by our server manager checked on us as well which is great but I was disappointed on one thing which I’ll get to in a bit.
Tour of Italy: always a great simple choice can’t go wrong with lasagna, chicken parmigiana and Fettuccine Alfredo simple and straight to the point.
Chicken Parmigiana: Spaghetti on the side Chicken would’ve like it to be more tender a bit on the tougher side but it worked.
Toscana Soup: now here’s my complain this soups is my go to at Olive Garden but this is were I was disappointed the soup tasted bland and water down.
Now I don’t know if it was the chef at the moment or it’s corporate lower down the quality of their food which I believe it’s corporate and this goes to all of the food but you can really tell on the soup.

Food and service was great even during busy time. Looks like wait got pretty long after 5pm. Appreciated the service workers. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was wearing mask. Would come again with Family. Had a birthday. They held our cake in the fridge while we ate. Steak I ordered was a little small but thick. I guess they weigh them.
