I waited an extra 25 minutes for my order, so I genuinely thought there was no way it could be messed up. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:30, but I didn’t receive it until 6:55. I ordered the shrimp misto, but when I got home, I found calamari in the bag instead.
Yes, I should have double-checked before leaving, but after waiting that long, the least I expected was for the order to be accurate—especially since shrimp misto and calamari aren’t exactly similar items. I paid for shrimp misto, which also costs more, and instead got something I didn’t want.
What makes it more frustrating is that I had been craving the shrimp misto, spent almost $40, and then had to come home to the wrong appetizer. Plus…I ordered a well done steak which is literally listed on the order. My steak is no where near well done. I’m not driving all the way back and letting the rest of my food get cold just to fix a mistake that shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Really disappointing experience. What a waste of money at this point.

We ordered curbside. Terrie brought our order out & when she called off what was in the order, I realized I ordered the wrong soup. She went inside immediately & got me the correct soup…she didn’t have to do that, but it sure is appreciated! Her disposition is wonderful & she’s an asset to your company. Deducted 1 star due to the lettuce in the salads were completely all white/core pieces.

Went here with a friend. Lunch time had the calabrian steak and shrimp bucatini and had it last week so I knew it was spicy. Asked to have half sauce and add half Alfredo. It was perfect not too spicy and very creamy. Also asked to have the steak more well done. It was very tasty. I also had a few drinks which were good as well swapped rum with Malibu and it was very delicious. My friend had the chicken parmesan they said it was great.

Food great, mashed potatoes taste funny. Very clean place, small waiting time. Our waiter Devan is awsome and explains perfectly the deals, for example, the all you can eat soup or salad.

We had a very large group of extended family and I think that was the best Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had. Our waitresses/waiter were so patient and kind and friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We never wanted for anything. They were quick and always had refills coming on drinks and salads and breadsticks without us having to ask even though it was busy and there were a lot of us. Our food came out quick and was delicious and the overall atmosphere was delightful. Really great service!

Sat in the bar area. There was a beeper going off every minute or two. Thought I was in the hospital hooked up to a machine. Very annoying. Trying to enjoy my daughters birthday dinner, so didn’t say anything. Seafood fettuccine smelled funny but maybe it was the cheese. It’s been a few hours and I didn’t get sick so it was just me, I guess. Dawn was a great waitress. Dessert, chocolate mousse was great. Soups were delicious.

Service was amazing. Eric was the busser around the restaurant but he was very attentive and gave amazing service. If we needed a refill, he would come by and get us a refill. Server was great as well. Food delicious. Will definitely be back

Had the AYCE pasta bowl with Angel hair pasta and their new garlic & herb sauce. Too much pasta not enough sauce and it was cold. The waitress took it back and brought me the same pasta with Alfredo sauce. It wasn’t any better. But to top it off, our utensils were dirty. There was food stuck on the handle. When I asked for clean ones she took mine back, washed them and returned them in the same napkin she took back too. How do I know this??? My napkin was wet where I had tried to wash the fork off.

I went to eat there today, February 3, 2026, and unfortunately, I forgot my wallet. I went back for it 2 or 3 minutes later. The waiter said that the busboy was the only one who touched the table, and the manager said that they are not responsible for lost items. The busboy came out very “indignant” and started yelling at me, and the manager told me that I couldn’t insult her team. Coincidentally, there are no cameras in that area, there were no other people eating nearby, and only 3 minutes had passed when I returned for my wallet. My wallet had a thousand dollars in cash, but what matters most to me are my documents and my children’s documents that were inside. My credit cards were also in there. It’s truly a shame that this happened, and I see that there are other reviews indicating that this hasn’t only happened to me. But if the manager doesn’t do anything, nothing will change. As a customer, I will never, ever go back there, and that Cuban guy will have to live with his conscience. All I need are my documents; the money doesn’t matter.

Food was as good as in any Olive Garden I’ve visited. The service though, that was awful. We waited and waited around 20min before our server even acknowledged we were there. I walked around the restaurant at it wasn’t even full to make you think they were overwhelmed with customers. Then, we ordered the never ending soup, and between the first soup and the second one, the server took almost 30min!! Bad experience to say the least
