We came to celebrate our anniversary on a Thursday at about 4. They were already starting to get busy! We were seated right away after asking to be seated somewhere else than first offered. The hostess was very accommodating! Our server was Kyle and he provided us with exceptional service! The food and drinks were delicious as well. This was our first time to this location and we will definitely go back!

Welp, let’s start with the stench from the trash cans killing your appetite before you even park, waiting 20 minutes after your order was told it was ready, and burnt shrimp when you get your meal. No part of this has been pleasant Olive Garden! How do you manage to burn it and yet not have it in time? They made that happen!

This restaurant is really nice and elegant looking. It was our first time here and our server Brian made it easy for us as he gave us his recommendation on some of the dishes and appetizers that was helpful of him. He was patient and kind while we looked at the menu and didn’t rush us. I ordered the chicken Alfredo with a salad and my husband ordered the cheese ravioli with meat sauce and the chicken & gnocchi. I didn’t realize the salad was going to be in such a big bowl lol but it was good. We had a great time laughing at ourselves and making Brian laugh at us too he was down to earth

Olive Garden used to be my go to. I have always loved the salad and Chicken Alfredo. Over the years, I’ve noticed the taste getting worse and worse. Went last night for dinner (1-8-2026) at the Las Cruces, NM location on Telshor, salad was good, just a bit dry. They have started using less and less salad dressing. I know you don’t need a lot of dressing, I use it at home too but when even the bottom of the salad bowl is dry, you know they skimped out on the dressing. The Chicken Alfredo is now the WORST ever anywhere. It was flavorless, dry, so dry when I asked the waitress for more sauce, her response to me was, “yeah, when I saw that I even thought that was a bit funky!” She brought me the sauce and before I even put it on the plate, I tasted it, WATER downed like you would not believe. Flavorless, might as well just doused the noodles in water. It was GROSS and sad when canned Alfredo sauce has more flavor than this. Trust me, Olive Garden was my favorite, when once a week and never had a problem, 10 years ago. Now, it’s disgusting, they don’t care. Prices went up and food quality went way down. This was my experience in Las Cruces, when I ate it before a few years ago in El Paso, Texas, it was better but still not like it used to be. People, there are other real Italian Restaurants, for the price, do yourself a favor and find one, cause Olive Garden, aint’ it and it it closed down tomorrow, I would NEVER miss it. Sad to say, but honestly the truth.

This placenta a zoo. We waited forever for our food. I asked for a little bit more pesto because my chicken was super dry. It took our waitress so long my husband and son had finished their food. My food was cold at that time. I asked for the manager and he mumbled something I didnt understand. All I understood was the last sentence about a free desert. Long story short- at the end our kiosk didnt even work for us to pay our bill and our waitress was nowhere to be found. What a mess!!!!!! This place has gone downhill bad!!! Lorenzos is way better!!

As usual, the restaurant was hopping even though it was the middle of the after. Our server tried the best she could but it seems like the kitchen and the bar were way behind. My daughter ordered a cappuccino to have with her dessert but it was about 20 minutes late. We were already leaving by the time it was brought. Not good
