The food was AMAZING as usual. I love the CONSISTENCY that I receive when I visit this location. Service was outstanding! Shout out to Lucas, I also enjoyed that the kitchen and floor manager checked in with us about our meal. Definitely RECOMMEND! Seated right away. Was clean and prompt with the drinks. Salad and breadsticks served quickly. Server was very friendly and business like. Checked on us a few times. Did have a wait when we were ready to get dessert and ask for to go boxes.

I ordered braised beef tortellini. Had no beef. Manager inspected the dish as if I ate the beef. It was remade, by that time my wife was done eating. Waiter was ok, manager never came back to see if everything was OK. Pretty much a don’t give a damn attitude.

Great experience all around! The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish — our server made sure drinks stayed full and meals came out hot and fresh. The food was delicious, especially the salad, and breadsticks (as always!). The entrées were perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed meal with family. Definitely one of the better Olive Gardens I’ve visited — we’ll be back soon!

Worst experience ever!! Service was a 0/10. We first got sat and never received silverware. Server checked on us one time, never did we get refills, they messed up our order and forgot one of our dishes. We spoke to the manager and she then offered us a free dessert that we never received either. After waiting 30 mins for our remake we decided to tell them nevermind and that we were ready to leave. They didn’t even offer us a discount so we had to pay full price only to leave completely unsatisfied. We will not be back and are very disappointed with the service at this location.

Normally love this location and place. But after this to-go order experience,we will probably NEVER eat here again. Our entire order had something majorly wrong with EVERY SINGLE ITEM. We normally love Olive Garden and were starving- but all our food was so bad that we couldn’t even eat it and then had to figure out a whole new diner plan.
We contacted the manager immediately and were told we would be refunded for the meal and that it could take up to 48 hours… well it’s been 78 hours and there’s no sign of this refund the claim to have made. Just a terrible, terrible experience.

Just had a really disappointing experience here. Service was pretty decent other than long wait times to check on me but it’s also mothers day so I completely understand it was busy and I still tipped 30% of my bill.
I ordered the tour of Italy and paid extra for chicken on my fettuccine. Breadsticks were pale white and almost soggy and I ordered the Alfredo to dip which saved them. All my chicken was severely overcooked and dry. The parm actually being burnt in some areas. Was crazy how they even allowed it to be served. Fettuccine was also dry. I did ask for ALL chicken to be replaced but I’d take it to go as I’d already waited a while. Was told the manager would be over but then the waiter returned around 7 mins later saying the manager comped the chicken I’d asked to be remade which didn’t make sense because how do you comp something that was already in my meal? They comped the to go chicken which wouldn’t have had to happen if they didn’t overcook it in the first place. They also didn’t replace the chicken on my fettuccine which I paid extra for which was also over cooked and dry. Waited forever for to go containers and had to ask and wait extra for a bag or was I expected to hand carry out 3 containers and breadsticks? Happy Mothers day to me I guess. Oh and I was eating alone so didn’t have a ton of people with me making requests etc. And the cherry on top, get home and the to go parm is overcooked too! I guess avoid this place on holidays.

If I could leave 0 for service, I would. The waitress was rude. The knife was dirty, I ask for another. She came back and slid it across the table. Stunned, I said thank you & got no reply. She just walked away. After we placed our order some other employee (not a waitress don’t know who she was) came over and went to take my walker away from me, saying I can’t have it here. I grabbed my walker and said my pocketbook is in it and so are my meds. She said it’s blocking the other table and no one can sit there. I told her it’s dirty no one would want to sit there. (Still had used glasses napkin and silverware) So she said I had to turn it around. So I did. I asked my friend if the way I turned it made a difference, and she said no. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 9 yrs at least 2x a month. The food was really good. But I’ve never been so disrespected like this! The waitress’s name started with a K.

We had the pleasure of having Hugo as our server recently, and he provided an exceptional experience. He was incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed throughout our entire visit.
Hugo truly went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Because of his outstanding service, we will definitely be returning. We highly recommend asking for him!
