Food and service was great but I can’t give more than 3 stars because of how dirty the bathrooms were. I hate to show the photos but to be completely honest this is one of the worst bathrooms I’ve seen in a restaurant. You could tell that this isn’t cleaned regularly and if you have small kids that need to use the restroom like I do, good luck. I had to hold my son off the toilet so he could use it cuz it was absolutely filthy.

The wife and I dropped in for a quick bite at the bar and weren’t in the mood for a real sit-down. As soon as we entered, we decided to sit at the bar and was greeted graciously by “cool-as-can-be,” Alyssa T.
She was truly an awesome bartender and served the wife and me with attentiveness. We moved to the area from Tempe and are getting to know the Goodyear section.

We just finished having dinner. Bryson was our server and he was amazing. He constantly checks on us to make sure we’re ok. He respectfully asks if we would like our water to be topped off our or soda to be refilled. He even waited behind my girlfriend allowing her to finish her story before he handed us our food! This guy is absolutely amazing, thank you Bryson for your hospitality!!

Went at 8:30pm this Saturday and it was busy like every where else (quoted 25min wait time, got a text in 20). The service was absolutely incredible, the food was beyond phenomenal. First time going to this location and honestly, could not stop talking about how quick and great everything was for the whole 45 mins we were there? Absolutely great.

My wife and myself actually went to this location. It’s been quite a long time since we’ve eaten Olive garden so we thought we’d give it another chance. Instantly we saw that this place was super packed. So it took us about 45 minutes to be seated. The highlight of the evening was our waiter she was very attentive and took good care of us unfortunately we have to get to the bad part of the evening. I ordered chicken Alfredo grilled chicken and the gnocchi soup. The nokis soup was the Rockstar of this evening tasted just the same as it always has fresh and delicious. The chicken alfredo though was another situation. The noodles tasted as if they were sitting out on a cabinet for about 20 minutes before they were served to me The chicken was dry and flavorless not to mention for some reason they brought me out a deconstructed Alfredo meal where I had to combine all the ingredients together and mix them together myself. A very weird experience overall being that my wife totally loved her rotini mushroom pasta and the Sicilian cheesecake it saved the day. Maybe in a couple months we will attempt to come back again and see if we fare better.

The food was very good and they have great deals so it’s best to go hungry. I loved the unlimited soup, salad, and breadsticks. Our server was very friendly and attentive. She was very sweet and patient with my elderly mom for her birthday. It was very busy on a Monday but it shows that people enjoy coming here.

Our server Jennifer was outstanding. Our visit got off to a rocky start with flying chocolate milk on the way to our table, however, Jennifer turned the visit around amd we had a great meal and excellent service. Honestly, the best service I’ve had anywhere in quite awhile.

I visited Olive Garden on Fri, Nov 21 around 3pm for a last-minute take-out order, and I wish I had gotten the name of the young Black girl working at the front—she was amazing. She helped us choose our order, found solutions instead of saying “no,” and even offered a complimentary non-alcoholic drink while we waited.
She may have thought she was just doing her job, but she really took away a lot of stress and made the whole experience so much better.
