I’m seeing mixed reviews for this place but I honestly had a great experience. It was my first time at an Olive Garden and I loved everything I had (tour of Italy, gnocchi soup, and of course the breadsticks). The server Alicia was also very attentive and kind. I’d go back.

When we checked in, we were told a 20 minute wait for a party of 2. Almost an hour later, I checked to see how much longer and was told they weren’t seating anyone for another hour per their management. They didnt bother informing anyone waiting or attempting to make the situation better. This type of service is ridiculous and we will not return to this olive garden for a long time. Obviously, they are not managed well and do t want our business.

We walked in and the hostess seated us and the waitress said she would be right with us before we even sat down. Thought it was going to be a great night, based off that.
The server did come up and take our drink and food order. I ordered the tour of Italy and my wife ordered the chicken & shrimp carbonara. We got our breadsticks and enjoyed them. But our food took 45-55 minutes to arrive. I really wish I was kidding. My wife and I got full off 2 breadsticks each, because it took so long for food to arrive.
And when it did show up, she almost dropped the food! I tried to help by giving her my napkin to move the hot plate.
I instantly noticed the fettuccine was dried out. And then I moved more around and noticed more noodles were that way. So I said something to the server. I even asked her to pack it to go. She came back with the fettuccine in around 3-4 minutes. No way you can cook a fresh batch of pasta that quickly. And when it arrived, it was a smaller quantity than ordered. I truly feel they microwaved their TAKE HOME fettuccine alfredo dishes that are $6.
Then when we went to pay, we saw that they charged us for the COY (create your own) pasta, then comped it. Which goes to tell me that the pasta they gave me was a smaller portion than on the Tour of Italy.
We left almost exact for the total in cash and left. Couldn’t even enjoy the rest of our drinks because it was one of the absolute worst experiences I’ve ever had inside Olive Garden. Waitress really didn’t seem to care either.
Wife wanted to tell them it was my birthday today too. Glad she didn’t. But literally, that place ruined my birthday because they just didn’t care that food took so long to come out, and when it did, it was dried out.

Ok they have been out of all red wine for weeks. The salad is full of old stale lettuce . Soup cold and Bellini tasted water down. Servedr was nice. I just don’t understand how the company does not go to the liquor store and pu red wine especially when server said they are going on 3 weeks. Maybe they are closing the store.

This is really a great Olive Garden. The food was really good and the server (Marco) was truly excellent. He was attentive, polite friendly and congenial. The salmon was perfectly prepared & the salad and breadsticks were great. We really enjoyed our dinners. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. We were so glad we stopped there.

I’ve been going here for years food is always good and the service is usually great. On the evening of 11/28 my family and I ordered through the app for the first time and I was missing my GF pasta. We called the restaurant and the lady’s on the phone were awesome Super polite went above and beyond to even try and contact the delivery driver to bring me my food. Unfortunately, my food never arrived But that’s not their fault. And they issued me a refund for the missing items so I can order it again. Great customer service thank you to the Olive Garden team

I had a fantastic experience at the Olive Garden Casa Grande Location! Right upon entry, I was immediately given seating for my family. My server, Amy, was extremely respectful and accommodating! She was very resourceful and offered many entree suggestions that were fitting for the different dietary needs of my family members. She offered vegan options for my wife’s selective taste. All in all, Amy was very approachable and considerate towards my family’s experience at Olive Garden, and she made sure we had adequate drink and appetizer throughout our dinner. I would highly recommend asking for her as a server! This location is one I would highly recommend as well!

Well, one of my favorite dishes came back. I saw an ad saying 12.99 and it listed 4 meals from the past. Well, it turned out not all the new/old dishes were 12.99. So I feel like they tricked us. But it was really tasty. Braised beef with tortellini. Even better were next day leftovers.

On January 2, 2026 we celebrated my husbands 85th birthday with friends. We had a wonderful meal and a SHOUT OUT to our waiter Jeremiah H.. He served my husband with a beautiful piece of chocolate cake with a candle and a huge platter with happy 85th birthday written in chocolate. Then everyone sang Happy Birthday. Jeremiah was outstanding and made the day even more special. Thank you Olive Garden and Jeremiah.
