Meatballs are so great but pasta was a lil bit uncooked. I also ordered fettucine alfredo chicken, pasta was cooked well and chicken was yummy. They made a mistake with my order but it is okay because restaurant was crowded. Thanks for the hospitality.

It was my now 12 year olds birthday today (10/11). We had a nice server. She took our order after we took our time. We didn’t see her again for 30 minutes. No drinks or salad/breadsticks delivered. We were just sitting at the table. Finally she came back and gave us our drinks. No sign of soup, salad or breadsticks. Roughly 15 minutes later, she delivered that. So we waited approximately 45 minutes after ordering to get our soup, salad and breadsticks, mind you our entrees still weren’t provided. Our server kept apologizing because she could tell it was a frustrating experience for our birthday party. She also kept offering us stuff while we waited for our entrees like more soup, salad and breadsticks which was nice, except she never brought them after offering them. Finally maybe an hour and 15 minutes after ordering, we got our food. Unfortunately, my wifes order was wrong. So they had to remake her food while the rest of us ate (that took 15 minutes). My daughter’s pizza crust was pretty stiff/burnt as well. The chef (was wearing white) came out and apologized to a lot of us because he was having technical difficulties and computer troubles in the back? Idk really what that meant, but ok? All in all, we were here nearly 3 hours. Time was wasted, errors with orders happened, the service was hardly there. I am happy that multiple apologies were given, but this was a misery birthday dinner for my kiddo. This was our first experience with this location, so I don’t know if this is their standards, but I’d be extremely reluctant to give them another chance as bad as this one was. I’d be willing to drive much further away to a different Olive Garden though because we (usually) have a wonderful experience. Attached pic is pizza top and bottom

Service was outstanding all around.
Waitress attended us really well when it came to our wants (many bread sticks and salads along with our entrees). She spoke well to the children and took everyone’s order without error.
The establishment’s decor was nice, I haven’t been to an Olive Garden in over a decade so I’m not sure if they still all look the same.
The outstanding service made the food taste better (not saying it wasn’t already delicious, because it definitely was delicious – the children pretty much licked their plates clean)

Visiting from Cali. Got seated right away, the waitress was very well attentive. I couldn’t decide which hot tea I want, so she brought me two flavors to try. Manager came by our table to clear used dishes. We were very impressed with this location and employees.

Place was packed, waited 45 minutes to be noticed after being seated. Ordered the “Tour of Tuscany”. Looked huge on the menu. Food came 30 min after that and it was TINY! LOL. Overheard other customers complaining they found plastic in their food. They never even brought a bread basket just 3 wrapped in a napkin like what’s that all about?

We always love dining here. On this occasion we came to celebrate an “early birthday”. The food was delicious, the service was just more than excellent. Our server made our visit even more special bringing us a decorated dessert dish free of charge which he prepared himself, on top he gathered other servers and sang Happy Birthday for us. Thank you Olive Garden!!!

Jacquelyn R did a HORRIBLE job as a server. Waited an hour for our food. She would constantly forget about the table, get our order wrong, let the food get cold waiting to be brought out. The manager had to come, take over and compensate food.

The plan was to meet my parent’s at the Bethany Home Road location. While waiting for their arrival, I receive a call that they were navigated to the 75th Ave location. I headed to that direction. As I approached my parents, my Dad was having back issues. He was having lower back pains. Not to mention, both parents use cane’s and have had back surgery. As they exited the car we all noticed the line of people forming outside of the entrance. I knew my parent’s couldn’t stand outside. I discreetly approached the hostess and explained everything. She worked with me. My parents were seated and we had, “THE BEST WAITRESS”, Nancy. Staff and Manager were very kind. One of the waitresses even helped my Dad get from the restroom to the table.
The environment was nice, food delicious. Great memory for my Dad’s Birthday! Thank you all.
