Enjoyed the dinner. It was a very late dinner so the restaurant was quite.
Our waitress was nice, but didnt talk much and was unfortunately pretty slow. Never got a refill, and had to wait so long for things that people at the table were commenting about it by the end of the night. It didn’t ruin our night but it was definitely noticeable.

We had the absolute pleasure of having Louise as our server, but we also had the absolute pleasure of having Tommy stop by our table and we had the literal best night of our lives! They were absolutely amazing and super friendly!!! We are definitely coming back purely for them! Please never fire them 🙂

The food was just ok. They had two new people waiting on a group of eight, they did the best they were capable of doing for their experience level. When it came time to pay they had an iPad device on the table that even the techie at the table couldn’t get to work. Not a good experience for us.

The food was amazing……. The sever however was not he had only us and one other table he was rarely seen and when he came around he wouldn’t actually do anything, we never got asked for more soup or if we were even dine he just grabbed the bowls and walk off and never came around with more bread or to even fill our drinks up. However when he decided to leave early the server who took over was amazing and very helpful i recommend if you go and get Tommy to request a server change

My husband and I were out on a date, and we were immediately seated right before 7pm and it took almost 30 minutes for us to even be acknowledged by our waitress. I would understand if they were super busy but it was fairly quiet. We saw 2 separate groups be seated after us, order/receive their food before we even received our drinks which took almost another 25-30ish minutes. Our server was nice she just seemed new and it was like no one would offer to help her. We received our meal about an hour and 15 minutes after we were there and then our server brought us boxes 15 minutes later. It felt as though we were ignored and then were being rushed out after we got our food. Tried to get the attention of another server to ask if we could get help and were ignored by her as well. We’ve come here a few times and usually they’re quick and helpful, just a very different experience this time.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was left sitting in the parking lot for 55 minutes waiting on a to-go order with zero communication from staff. No call. No update. No explanation. I finally had to call the restaurant myself just to find out what was going on, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering to-go.
After wasting nearly an hour of my time, I get home and discover items were missing from the order that I had to drive back for. While I did receive a gift card to cover some of the cost, it was simply handed over with no explanation, no apology, and At no point did a manager come talk to me or take responsibility for the situation.
This wasn’t a minor inconvenience—this was complete disorganization and a total lack of respect for customers’ time. Missing food, poor communication, and zero leadership presence. Olive Garden should be embarrassed by how this was handled.

We always go to Olive Garden for lunch after 1:30 on a weekday. There are less people and it’s a more quiet dining experience. We order from the lunch menu and can usually get three meals from one entree. We order a bowl of soup, which is very filling, ask for a refill as takeout, and eat a little of the entree and take it home as well. The entree makes a second meal, and the soup refill makes a third. We never order soda. The cost is close to $30, but getting three meals for two people makes each meal only about $5. That’s much cheaper than getting a hamburger.
