I recently had a great dining experience at Olive Garden. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding prompt, friendly, and attentive. The staff made sure everything was perfect, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere.
However, a word of advice for those who are lactose intolerant consider bringing some lactose pills. Many dishes contain dairy, and without those pills, you might feel uncomfortable after your meal. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend Olive Garden for its tasty food and excellent service.

My group of 7 came in 30 minutes before closing hoping they would seat us and they did! We got sat at a table of six so we had to find another chair but that’s ok! There was a server that took our drink order and told us they didn’t have a specific drink but then later asked our actual server and they did. Allie was our server and she was amazing!! Best girl to end the night with! So helpful and patient with us! Definitely will come back! (Not so close to closing tho :p)

Food was delicious, our waiter, Max, was an exceptional server, he was so courteous and friendly, the manager came by to double check my gluten intolerance. The staff were fast, friendly, and thoughtful, they made our dining experience so relaxing and enjoyable. We had a problem finding a parking place and now I can see why, it’s clear Olive Gardens long history has perfected all aspects of their service. This place is a keeper on our come-back list! This is a review and appreciation post for my server Kyle today. This gentleman has been very helpful and made my dining experience one I will never forget. From the moment my wife, son and I arrived he was super welcoming. Very helpful in making decisions on our entres. Overall he provided us with the fastest and most delightful service I have ever had. Consistently checking in our needs, this gentleman was the best! I will be making this location my go to, we need more servers like him !

From the moment we walked in last night, the experience was disappointing. Three staff members passed us without any greeting before someone finally acknowledged us. When they did, it felt rushed and uncomfortable very quiet, no eye contact, and we were quickly led to a back corner table. On the way, we noticed multiple employees standing around on their phones, which set the tone.
The food was unacceptable. The lasagna-style appetizer was cold and stale. The breadsticks were lukewarm, the salad was soggy, and the soup honestly tasted like sink water. I ordered the cheese ravioli & the pasta was rubbery on top / mushy on the bottom, and the cheese smelled like burned appliances. It was genuinely gross. My husband’s lasagna had no flavor at all.
Our bill was over $100, yet we only consumed two breadsticks, half a salad, and half a bowl of soup. The main courses were boxed up and given to the needy. Our server, Ty, was kind, but he clearly seemed overwhelmed, so we didn’t raise our concerns though it should have been obvious something was wrong when none of the unlimited items were eaten.
Overall, this was a complete waste of money. Please save yours.

Very disappointing experience today with a to-go order. I was told my order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, but I waited over 30 minutes. While waiting, they gave another customer his order before mine, and it turns out they were mixing up orders

Just gross! Unacceptable food and service. The food is not edible, also not Italian (trust me, I am Italian). I am 53 and I was asked for an ID for a cocktail by the server, she went away with my DL then the manager came to the table asking for my passport and commented how beautiful passport (?) then the waitress came again asking for my DOB again. What a joke! A total waist of time and money.
