Always get the kindest people and service is always great, good is delicious as well:)
Someone in our group had celiac and our waiter was very great helping us find some they could eat and even asked if it’s a preference or allergy to help with how they prepare the food. Great experience!

Food was great, unfortunately we were stuck with a bad waiter. This poor girl looked so frustrated, kept forgetting things, she kept saying “it’s so busy at the back” it was 3:30pm and the restaurant was empty there was no rush of any kind. We felt sorry for her thinking maybe she just finished a huge order rush, but she kept disappearing and her frustration attitude never stopped. This other lady brought our food and she was great, she ended up bringing us refills. This poor rating maybe doesn’t reflect on the restaurant per say but I would say to management that if you see someone not doing good, running around, sweating all over the place maybe send them home since that person is hurting your business.

One of the worst Olive Garden experiences I’ve ever had, it was a confusion up front, their system were sending text saying the tables were ready when they’re not, the waiter that helped us had her uniform all dirty and we were waiting for the drinks for a while suffocating on bread, we don’t go out often so when we do I expect it to be better than that, the waiter was definitely lacking we ate the entire time with all the dirty plates on the small table we’ve got, some peaces of the pasta I ordered was stuck together and the extra sauce only came after I complained to the manager. Never coming back to this location.

We just got home from celebrating our 58th anniversary there. I’ve always loved their chicken. Marsala and my husband, their seafood fettuccine. The Olive garden by us has lowered their standards. I couldn’t even eat the chicken marsala thr stuffing in the middle was so dry and hard I couldn’t even cut it with a knife. In fact, we refused to pay for it. But we love olive garden. So I read all your good reviews and decided to drive out. There was a little bit of a drive but it was well worth it. Shelby our server was just wonderful. And of course they always give us a piece of cheesecake when we’re celebrating our anniversary. We look forward to that.

I’ve been going to Olive Garden for over 12 years, and unfortunately this last visit was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had there.
I ordered the chicken carbonara, not realizing it contained pork. When my food finally arrived (later than expected and even before my appetizer), I politely asked a server if it could be replaced since I don’t eat pork. I even offered to pay for the dish without hesitation. The server went to check with the manager (I believe it was either Taylor or Trent), and when she came back, her attitude made it feel like she was doing me a favor. Her exact words were: “This time we will let it go.”
That was extremely rude. I wasn’t asking for special treatment. I was more than willing to pay. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden. When the dish was replaced, it came in a noticeably smaller bowl rather than a regular plate, with a much smaller portion, which only made the situation worse.
Throughout the meal, I felt disrespected and overlooked. I couldn’t get a simple water refill, and when I needed a box to go, the server was nowhere to be found. After 12 years of being a loyal customer, this experience left me feeling frustrated and discriminated against.
I truly hope Olive Garden addresses this, because respect and basic hospitality should never be optional.

Always a great stop. This location is my favorite but have been to many. We went in for my birthday and it was great. We had Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmigiana, Pasta Fagioli and Salad. Everything was fresh and warm. The waitress Jessica was super friendly, attentive and courteous. She found out it was my birthday and brought me the best piece of chocolate covered cheese cake. I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this location.

Lunch on a Saturday is always busy at the Olive Garden. We were told our wait would be 20 mins, but were seated in about 15. Our waiter Brandon was good, but not great. While he took our drink orders shortly after we were seated he took his time coming back for the food order. Looking around the restaurant there really were not a lot of people just after 12 PM. I wonder if the restaurant was short staffed. When we first put our name on the wait list, I asked if we could sit at the bar, but was told they only had one bartender and wouldn’t let us eat at the bar. We were seated at the back of the restaurant next to an emergency exit and there was a fire extinguisher next to the fourth chair at our table. This made it awkward and uncomfortable for anyone sitting by the fire extinguisher as it boxed in the chair. Fortunately our group was only three people. Our food was hot and very tasty. I opted for the never ending soup, salad, and bread sticks, while others ordered angel hair pasta and fettuccine. Two of us drank raspberry lemonade and the other person in our trio had a diet cola. I downed three bowls of the delicious Zuppa Toscano along with three bread sticks and one serving of salad. I usually order dessert, but on this occasion I filled up on my entree. I do recommend the tiramisu or the chocolate tuxedo cheesecake. Once we finished our food we waited about 10 minutes for our waiter to notice that we were done and bring us the bill. I did use the bathroom which was clean and well kept up. Our waiter was unable to acquire a signal for the tablet at our table and brought us a printed bill before taking my card to the cashier. Overall I enjoy eating at the Olive Garden, however I think the prices are high for casual dining especially when you pay $9.99 for a slice of dessert.
