We had not been in a long time and never to this location and the food was very good and the service was amazing, our waitress probably checked on us every 10 minutes. Food was hot. Definitely recommend! We will be back!

So glad we stopped here tonight! The manager was so kind and got our fried lasagna appetizer ordered right away, it got to our table insanely fast. I normally really enjoy eating at Olive Garden, but today’s experience at the Sandy Utah was far below par. It started fine, but my salad order had chunks of lettuce so big that they had to be recut before it could fit in my mouth, my order of the Tour of Italy had chicken parmigiana with no sauce at all (normally it has a red sauce—this was very dry, even overcooked), and the waitress delivered our meals and never returned (even though our water glasses were empty, and our entry to go orders were never delivered). Very poor service by Grace.

My husband and I have been going to Olive Garden for years. This was our first time at this location. We order the same thing every time (we like to split the four cheese ziti) and have never had an issue. However, when we ordered today our waitress asked if we would like one or two plates for the salad. We were a little confused – obviously we were both planning to eat a salad, and would require two plates. What the waitress didn’t tell us was that she would charge an additional 8 DOLLARS to add a second SALAD plate to our meal, since we were splitting the entree. Needless to say, we were shocked when we saw the bill! When we kindly asked her to explain the seeming discrepancy, she explained that it’s “policy”, and then tried to apologize by giving us a to-go box full of Andes chocolates. We have split this same entree many times over at other locations and have never dealt with this sort of problem. Usually Olive Garden is one of our go-to spots because we can share a meal, save some money, and still feel very satisfied. I understand that many restaurants have policies like this in place, but we have never run into it before at Olive Garden. The least our waitress could have done was explain such a policy before we decided to ask for two salad plates, ESPECIALLY if it costs an additional 8 dollars. She also charged us for two pieces of sausage on the side when we specifically asked for one. We ended up spending 10 dollars more than we anticipated, and left feeling deceived and disappointed. We will most certainly not be coming to this location again.
