I just wanted to share how incredible Annie was when we had a delivery order issue. She went out of her way to make it right. She made me feel seen and heard. I appreciated her kindness. We always get great service when we visit the Bountiful location. Please know it meant a lot to me and we will continue to visit. Thanks again for making what could have been a really negative experience so wonderful. You are amazing, Annie!

My 96 year old mother and I were at this location yesterday. The food was delicious. Our waiter was FANTASTIC. Very attentive and efficient. The waiter and hostess held the doors open for her when we left. The best experience I’ve had at any Olive Garden location. Kudos!

I was a first timer at this Olive Garden and came to celebrate my mom’s 90th birthday. Our server Nichole was extremely kind and even gave us a birthday cheesecake for my mom. The food tasted yummy! 10 minutes to get pasta, a few minutes for salad, and quick drinks is awesome at a sit down nice place. Nichole kept refilling our soda drinks and bread rolls without asking, great service!! She recommended these $6 home entrees too at the end, helpful for my mom to cook less. I will be back here! Atmosphere is slightly loud and tables are close together but we had a great experience. They take care of you heree

We got there and were seated and waited for 30 minutes without anyone coming up to us. Not even acknowledged, asked what we wanted to drink, and they were not busy. The most ridiculous restaurant experience I have ever had. They came up to the other tables around us who had gotten there after us. We look young so I don’t know if that was part of it, we ended up waiting for 30 minutes and then leaving after waiting. I would highly avoid this place at all cost!

Myself and another boy arrived on a Sunday night. The hostess asked us “what brings you two in” when I replied with “a date” she became visibly upset/disgusted, she walked over to the table she chose for us and dropped the menus on the table and walked away. Our first waiter came out for our drink order and after she had gotten that she asked the same question and I replied with the same answer. She quickly walked away. We sat at our table for 10-15 minutes before we had a new waitress approach us where she yet again took our drink order and asked the same question. I yet again replied with, “a date” and this new waitress had a much better response. We were properly served for the rest of the night although the previous waitress looked at us with a mean and disgusted look every time she was near us. Myself and my date that night gave no reason for anyone to treat us differently. I have no issues with people that have a different opinion but I feel there is no need to treat someone differently over it. The following day I called the manager at this location to inform him of my experience and he quickly apologized and did his best to make up for it. The food was great on the other hand

I wish I could leave zero stars. This was a horrible experience for myself, my poor boys, and my hubby. The restaurant was a ghost town yet our food took forever to come out. My chicken tortellini Alfredo tasted reheated, soggy, and straight from a plastic bag. The chicken was still pink. How utterly disgusting and inexcusable. I asked for a full refund and the manager refused. I could have gotten food poisoning. BE BETTER.

Amazing server who gave us speedy service. We tried the never ending pasta for $14. It was delicious. This location wasn’t busy. We waited a few minutes to be seated. Food tasted just like Olive Garden.

Shitty! The girl didn’t even get my grub’ friend’s name for when it came time to be seated. So we just sat there and she acted like she did get that info which she did not and kept deflecting. Our server Nicole was not very friendly and had a fake smile and attitude. My entree took well over 15 mins to come out. Food was great but that’s it. Definitely not a winning location at all.

Came here for dinner, took forever for the waitress to come greet us. My mom ordered the shrimp scampi and it came out the portion was from the kids meal menu. We asked the waitress to come look at the child sized portion and she said that wasn’t the right amount and was even to small of amount if it were the lunch menu. Anyways she took the plate came back with the same plate now just with dried noodles on top of my small portion. The manager came over and was not helpful at all! He said that Olive Garden had changed their portion size for this plate and that they were only adding more shrimp. I told him well look there isn’t any sauce of this and there is barley any shrimp on it. He said well I could bring you out a plate of sauce? Buy that time my mom and I had been there for almost 2 hours so we just said yes.. Our waitress came back after the not so helpful manager walked off and asked us if we were happy with what he said we told her no and explained to her what he said she looked surprised and said she had to talk the manager into taking that one plate off our bill. I will not be back here what a joke.
