Our overall experience was good, but it did take a very long for our main entrees to come to our table. Once the food did arrive, it was hot and tasted good. I got the give cheese ziti al forno and my boyfriend got the shrimp carbonara. Our appetizer was fried mozzarella and we had salad as well.

Oooh my gosh!! My son (who looks like slash) and I went to Olive Garden and it was FABULOUS!! Our server Jasmine was SO attentive, had a wonderful personality, was friendly and brought us everything we needed, for our dinner!! (And did it all with a smile!) I asked for extra tomatoes & dressing in the incredible salad!! It is SO good!! And we got the endless bread & Alfredo bowl, so she got that for us without a problem a few times. (And my son had 3 bowls of soup, too!) The food was Oh so tasty, a lot of it and served hot!! The whole experience was amazing.. I can’t wait to go back and we will ask for Jasmine again. Please commend her outstanding service!! A real asset to the olive garden team!!

This place is going downhill quick… chicken Alfredo served room temp at 6:30 on a Saturday night. My wife’s chicken Alfredo had hair in it too. Speaking of Saturday night, place is empty…. Olive Garden feels like a dying restaurant. Prices are climbing, food quality is tanking. Servers seem nice, but food and prices are not worth it.

The night started out fine. The appetizer and salad were as expected. Then out entrees came out. My wife had the carbonara and there was “NO” sauce, sent it back. I had the Steak Gorgonzola, well done and dry. Sent it back too. Took an additional 20 minutes. Had to return the steak a second time, still well done and over cooked. The third attempt was not much better see photo. Not looking for a have our, but management did nothing to compensate us or even check on our table.
Lastly, we were not offered any of the complimentary chocolates.

Honestly, the food never disappoints and is pretty consistent but what isn’t consistent is the service provided. It is usually not very good, the waitresses aren’t attentive or knowledgeable about OG or the menu. It seems like we can’t ever get anyone good and it is extremely slow on weekday nights. It’s a huge let down because we love Olive Garden and would be there so so much more but it’s a dread because of the service. Thomas the manager is friendly and everything but he can’t always be there and the manager there last night was awful. She walked around but never once asked how things were so it seems like she didn’t care at all. We usually can’t finish the salad before the food gets to the table but last night we ate the entire salad and still waited at least 10 mins for the food. For perspective, we ordered 1 appetizer and 1 entree, so it’s not like it was a lot or was even busy on some idle Monday night. I tip very well when someone just shows they care even a little. I don’t think our waitress smiled one time at us and was confused on the few questions. Just asking to please train your staff better and offer better service at this location. We wanted to get a dessert but wanted more to get out of there. I gave 2 stars because the manager (Thomas) that I’ve talked to before is very nice.

Food was nice not great. Was quickly served seemed pre-made even the egg planet was not crispy breaded or freshly fried it was soft and texture. The shrimp scallops fettuccine was decent. The shrimp were clean not rubbery, scallops were small tasty they used enough sauce to cover the noodles ,nothing extra.

Tonight’s dinner was great! The soup was hot the breadsticks were fresh. And the entrees were very tasty! Hahaha our server was very nice and friendly! Darlene the Manager was super also!

Had a good time till I got home. Services was fantastic, got calamari as an appetizer. Tasted great. The soup tasted great as well then the entrées were delivered.
Everything looked great and I was excited to dig into my spaghetti with meat sauce, and lightly fried chicken on top of it.
Took two bites and sent it back. Not a lot of flavor and it had a weird aftertaste. Three hours later I’m expecting food poisoning symptoms.
Not sure what happened tonight but I’m extremely disappointed. First date night in over a year and I end the night in pain and misery.
