We tried to get on the seating list via the website. But it didn’t seem like the restaurant was using it. Despite it saying a 1-15min wait online, we were booted off the list by the restaurant and were told 25min when we got there.
My only small complaint if higher-powers are reading, the tablet on the table has lots of kids oriented things- buttons, games, etc. I was shocked to see a $2.99 Ziosk Games on my check thanks to my 2 year old messing with the tablet when I wasn’t paying attention. They took it off with no issues but it still felt a bit sneaky. Should be a better parental approval before that happens.
Good job FoCo OG.
We were seated in the bar area at one of the tall tables with elevated chairs and a very small tabletop. It really felt like the kind of table meant for waiting on a regular table or just grabbing a quick drink at the bar — not for a full dinner for four people. For a $100+ meal, I was expecting something a little more comfortable. Instead, my recently operated on knee was literally getting numb from dangling off the chairs the entire time.
I asked if we could move to a lower table right next to us, and the waiter said that would be fine. We all stood up to switch, only to have the host quickly inform us he was seating someone else there. So back to our original seats we went — and that was the end of that discussion.
Service was just okay. Half of the salad had little to no dressing, and our drinks seemed to stay empty longer than they were full. One of the shrimp entrées came out with only a couple of pieces — more of a preview than a full portion. My manicotti was good overall, except for the edges, which were pretty crispy, like they had spent a bit too much time under a heat lamp.
Overall, it wasn’t terrible, just disappointing. Doubt I’ll return if it’s always like this.
My wife and I went for lunch and we were warmly welcomed. The atmosphere was cozy with relaxing music and our server was polite and clearly enjoyed her job. The chicken and gnocchi soup was absolutely amazing, one of the highlights of the meal. For the main course I ordered shrimp scampi, unfortunately it came with 5 shrimp which is disappointing
Overall though, the experience was pleasant and we left satisfied. A nice spot for a relaxed lunch
Our server, Katy, was consistently attentive without ever being overbearing. She checked in often, anticipated our needs, and made sure everything was taken care of, all while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable. She was outgoing, fun to talk to, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Katy always took a moment to chat with us, yet never made us feel rushed at any point during the meal.
The level of service remained excellent from start to finish and truly elevated the entire evening. This was a great reminder of how much consistent, thoughtful service can make a dining experience memorable.
