Im a server myself so I know what a REALLY bad service looks like. Our waiter is John. We felt rushed through out the entire time, didnt pick up appetizer plates even we set them at the end of the table so it can be taken away. We ordered dessert ,waited 20mins, didnt arrive and when I stood up went to the host stand to ask for service, to my surprise he was there chitchatting. I told him to cancel our dessert and will pay up but he still served it to us and didnt even bother to comp it for inconvenience he caused. We asked for a to go box but never arrived. My husband has to stand up ask somebody else for a box. And he said he saw our waiter John in the host stand again chatting. We still left 15% tip which he didnt deserved at all. We were done with our appetizers, entrees, had coffee, got dessert, paid already, got chocolates and somehow he cant pick up the plates that has been sitting forever at the end of our table. The worst service ever I dont know why he even got that job.

This has to be the most disgusting Carbonara that I have ever had! It tasted like old Alfredo sauce with some bacon bits added – it was greasy and gross. The chicken strips were breaded – so they ended up being mushy and inedible…it tasted old too. I spent way too much money on something that was just gross and swimming in oil

I usually love their breadsticks and soups, but today, there was something off. The bread was over – salted and I couldn’t eat it after a while. It seems like the soup was over- salted as well and I have never had that happened before. Thankfully the main course was ok. So weird because I just went to another OG last week and did not encounter that problem. Shame.
On the other hand, our waitress was really nice and attentive and we were seated immediately.

They say at olive garden when your here your family but when I came into eat I was treated better then my family ever has treated me. Me and my friends came to eat on wednesday january 28th at 7pm and our server Isabelle went above and beyond. Even though we weren’t in her section we luckily got Isabella as our server. She was quick and professional while serving our table and ensured our delicious meals were sever hot and tasty. Isabelle graciously offered cheese and refills on all of our items as well as having excellent humor banter and report! Our olive garden experience would not be this great with our Isabelle and i would not have written this review! We love Isabelle

Very big thanks and shout out to our server, Keddjra! Her level of hospitality and professionalism throughout our meal was unmatched. And she’s the one who recommended our soup and Fettuccini Alfredo too! 10/10 service, would come back here for sure. Can’t wait til she runs the place 🙂

Came for lunch today and somewhat disappointed, Server was not friendly and almost seemed mad. Kept forgetting about us and had to ask other servers for things. I would have loved another soup but could not find her. Food was good and one person in our party of 6 had an Italian margarita and said it was awful. When we asked to have bill split that’s when she got really bumbed. We have always had great service here so just do not get it.

First time at Olive Garden (UK resident on holiday), absolutely loved it.
I love pasta and could eat so much but the portions were so large that I only managed 1 bowl of the all-you-can-eat which included a salad and bread sticks.

My husband and I chose this Olive Garden as our dinner spot the night we got married! We love their food and saw that there was one open near the place we eloped. Our server Nick was fantastic and took good care of us the whole night. The manager Vicki came over to introduce herself and checked on us as well a few times throughout the night. All of the staff were very friendly, the food as always was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. We got the calamari, soup, salad, spaghetti with meat sauce, and fettuccini Marsala. All delicious and well seasoned. We will be coming back every year on our anniversary to celebrate!

Went with a neighbor, and had a very pleasant dinner. We were seated right away (was not very busy on a Monday evening). Had a sweet waitress (Ashlyn), who did a fabulous job, in taking care of us. Food was delicious! I forgot how good their food was, and will be coming back again!
