I had a great experience at the Olive Garden on Burnet Road! I placed a to-go order while already parked in a to-go spot, and the service was outstanding. Mya greeted me right away and was incredibly kind and attentive. She even asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited and brought me out a water, which was such a thoughtful touch.
She also asked for my name so they could rush my order, and I didn’t have to wait long at all. The level of care and customer service truly stood out. Huge shout-out to Mya and the team for making my to-go experience smooth, quick, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back!

This is the first time I have been to an Olive Garden in a very long time!
I was surprised at how large this location was! Older, to be sure, but homey comfy which I appreciated. There are so many sterile places in Austin now.
The food was excellent, the service superb and another pleasant surprise, you won’t have to take out a loan to enjoy your meal! Very reasonable prices!
Now, my grandson and I went for lunch, so the evening meals may be more.
Forget the fancy places and go to Olive Garden!

I have had on line orders here a couple of times and I have to say I have been pleasantly surprised! I asked for extra items and to have my salad bagged separately and other special request and they got it correct! This is the way a restaurant should be ran, making sure the customer is completely satisfied! Kudos Olive Garden for a great experience and good food! Now if you would bring back your sicilian shrimp scampi, I would be overjoyed! Lol

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive Garden and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The Chicken Tortellini Alfredo with crispy chicken, and the Chicken Alfredo with broccoli was absolutely delicious – every bite bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The salad and soup are good as well.
What truly set this dining experience apart was the outstanding service provided by Christina ( manager) and Corissa. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued as a guest. I went here with my best friend for a late night bite and the food was amazing! I had been craving Olive Garden for weeks and was finally able to make it out. While the food and atmosphere were fantastic, I have to say the best part of our experience was our server, Grace. She deserves the upmost praise and recognition for everything she does, and we were both so lucky and grateful to have been served by her. She as a person radiates positivity effortlessly, and as a customer service employee myself, I have to give proper accolades when I encounter someone who embodies what it means to be in the industry the way she does. She was kind, talkative, patient, and very quick with our orders and to check on us periodically. Even though we were in about an hour and a half before close, she served us with a beautiful smile and welcomed us like we were family. I felt like she showcased exactly what Olive Garden strives for in their business and service. An overall wonderful experience in every aspect, but she took it up a notch and made it spectacular. Grace, we are so grateful for you and hope to see you again!!!

This was an amazing experience! I entered the restaurant with a condescending scoff, I had heard negative things about Olive Gardens, but my experience blew me away. My group was given their own private dining room, with lovely ambiance enforced by the Italian themed decorations. Expecting a loud, chain-fast-food restaurant, this establishment was the epitome of tranquility, the service was amazing, and our server went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied, accommodated, and comfortable. I scoured the menu judgmentally, looking for a hidden scam, but, I found one did not exist. The marketing was above board, earnest, and truly delightful. When the food came, it was in large, decadent portions that both satisfied the palate and the stomach. Almost our entire table was full of food and joy before we had even finished, leaving us with even more scrumptious food to eat at home. Then, the server heard us mention that we had three birthdays sitting at our table, resulting in a parade of staff members singing us a personal birthday song, complete with free dessert adorned with the customary birthday candles. I didn’t like Olive Garden before today, if you would have asked me, I would have argued the point at eating at such an establishment, but upon my visit, I was convinced I had just dined at a luxury Michelin Star restaurant!

We’re a family of 5 and we usually expect a wait at restaurants but we like this location because its huge and we love the layout with little rooms, making it feel more comfy and private. Wait staff is always attentive making our visit superb. Food always hits and when we got togo boxes he brought us fresh breads ticks and a soup as well!

I’m my girlfriend and I were pleasantly surprised with this location! We’re on vacation in Austin and wanted something familiar. The breadsticks were tasty and my minestrone soup was very good. I got the new spicy meat sauce pasta with meatballs and I loved it! It was just enough spice and tasted slightly like pizza sauce, but a very good spicy pizza sauce. Our waitress was great too.

This is a tad late but wanted to give a shout out to Nate for being so great during our visit on 9/30! He was very personable and helped make our meal that much more enjoyable. He even made sure I got the pumpkin cheese for my birthday!!!
