11/4/25 We had a wonderful dining experience at Olive Garden! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, and the salad and breadsticks were as good as always. The staff were friendly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere. A great place for a delicious and relaxing meal.
9/1/25 Outstanding Service at Olive Garden on 281 & Stone Oak. We had an excellent dining experience thanks to our server, Joanna. Her service was truly outstanding — very polite, attentive, and welcoming. She made us feel relaxed and taken care of the entire time. The salad and breadsticks were amazing, and our entrées were delicious as well. Joanna was amazing and really embodied the Olive Garden motto, “When you’re here, you’re family.” She made our visit special, and we can’t say enough good things about her!

The breadsticks were immaculate. The price was amazing. The food, even better. The waitress was such an awesome person, she was always attentive and friendly. The Tour of Italy doesn’t look like a lot of food, but it was extremely filling and we had to take a lot of it home.

After seeing the Olive Garden commercial for the past week on t.v. we decided why not lol so we got to moving to be there for lunch lol. Customer Service was awesome, we were welcomed with warmth and a good sense of humor from the cashier. Our waitress was also great! Very attentive and the service was very good. We didn’t have to ask for anything she took care of it all, which is rare most times so it was appreciated.
We ordered the Baked Ziti, the Lasagna Fritta, Minestrone Soup and a Mocktail which was the Sicilian Sunset. Everything was fresh and pipping hot just like we like it. It was absolutely delicious and worth the spontaneity.
The true star of the show that SICILIAN SUNSET MOCKTAIL!!! It blew me away lol its dangerously delicious.. a definite must try for my non alcoholic drinkers or for anyone it’s amazing for all taste buds. We truly enjoyed this Olive Garden location and will not wait to long before stopping back in.

It’s been a while since last time I was at an olive garden and I was impressed. Ether thay have done a big turn around or it was just this location. The food was great, service was prompt and the place was clean. I was in town to see family so this was first time at this location but for under $22 for the plate I got a very good meal.

I had to rate them 1 star on this trip simply because of the hostess. She was borderline rude. Wouldn’t seat us even though the restaurant was half empty, it was late in the evening and 4 of our party of 6 were already there waiting. Forcing us to go to bar to get drinks. However, the waitress we had was spectacular! Friendly and efficient. She was tipped accordingly – I hope she doesn’t have to tip share with the hostess. Food was as expected for Olive Garden. Olive Garden – you should coach your hostesses on when it is appropriate to make your customers wait. That dinner was supposed to be a reward for my employees good work that she almost ruined with her lack of critical thinking skills.

Mary was one of the best servers I’ve ever had! Gave us a great dining experience and she was so charming. Will definitely eat here again! Plus they have an 100 score from the health department.

We had a very pleasant dining experience. We got there about 4pm on a Sunday. It was pretty crowded, but we were seated right away. The food was served promptly and was delicious as usual. The waiter was friendly and was attentive.

I go to Olive Garden for the Bottomless Toscano Soup. They delivered quality. I was solo so I just sat at the bar with a glass of wine. Bartender was super friendly and attentive. I had 4 soup servings that made my tummy happy. Expectations were gladly met!

Horrible service genuinely felt some sense of racism within the establishment. The manager ignored us and went to everyone else our server didn’t help either. I love Olive Garden and my family was visiting just to be treated this way. They told us they forgot to take our drinks, then our server said she forgot about our appetizer, then said the bar was backed up for our kids smoothie but I think she forgot too because right after I asked for it again she brought it out. We are very understanding and know sometimes things can be busy but it all felt purposeful and we didn’t understand it. Especially because it died down and wasn’t busy anymore we waited over an hour for our food and over 40 for a kids smoothie The server was Mickey maybe she was new and if she was I will give her that grace and understanding . But the manager Ian completely avoiding our table was ridiculous. Our drinks weren’t refilled for a long time our serve didn’t check on us once we had to call her over to get our first refill on waters .we are sad and disappointed in all of this and hope you can better the establishment watch the cameras and see that we were treated this way.

My wife and I came to this location on a Friday night ~6 pm. This is not the Olive Garden of its heyday, but still a decent place to go for a full meal. Our server, once the staff figured out who was responsible for our particular table, was very good. The food was “okay.” The Tour of Italy that my wife and I both ordered was definitely not the same as we’d had over many years, particularly back in the 1990s and early 2000s. The chicken was overcooked a bit and the lasagna was definitely disappointing. The fettuccini was great. It’s just a sign of the times, but sad to see so many compromises, even in the big chains. We’ll still come back occasionally, but definitely not our first Italian choice. Last note: Total props go to the on-duty manager, who was making the rounds, speaking with customers. He seemed genuinely interested in your status rather than just giving you lip service.
