This was my first time at this Olive Garden. We enjoyed our experience and really appreciated the large table in the back room to accommodate our large party. Everyone we encountered had a kind and helpful demeanor and when there was an issue with our order, the manager was quick to make things right. I appreciate the consistency that a chain restaurant in this price range offers. It might not be the most exciting food but it usually pleases most everyone at the table and especially my kids (who love all things pasta). The kids meals were a really good size and well worth the price. I had the salmon with broccoli. The broccoli was cooked well but under seasoned and I thought the salmon could have used a little more salt. I prefer Texas Roadhouse salmon with broccoli over Olive Garden but overall a good value for the experience. The bathroom stalls were also uncomfortably small and awkward to close the doors. I have a small frame but I would imagine that a larger woman would have a hard time entering the stalls. I think a bathroom update might be considered in the future. My family enjoyed the experience and will definitely be returning.

The restaurant is clean, and our server (Lilybel) was friendly. We had a delicious and relaxing meal. It’s dim lite, and the temperature was perfect. The manager came by our table to ask if we needed anything & that was nice.

Nothing like getting home from a long high school graduation day to find out your food order is burnt.
Tried to resolve it with the manager on duty tonight, but apparently it’s my fault for not asking for the manager on duty yesterday when their staff was taking too long to check us out and for paying with cash.
According to the manager, there was no way to make it right due to system limitations. Wasn’t even told they would speak to the kitchen manager regarding the issue. I am pretty sure there is a comp button on the computer if I were to have gone in for a replacement meal, but what do I know? ☺️

When here for my birthday dinner. Everything seemed very rushed. The entrées came out within five minutes of the appetizers coming out so we had no time to really eat anything. I was enjoying my soup when I bit into something that was very hard. Turned out to be a piece of plastic in my soup. The server got the manager, and the manager stated that sometimes pieces get into the soup when they’re cutting bags open.

First of all, I was on the waitlist and after getting the text to come in, we were told to wait another 10-15 minutes. We then noticed we were getting nasty looks from not only the host but also who I assume was a manager. We got sat down very soon after we came in and when we unwrapped our utensils, they were dirty. All 4 sets of utensils had at least 1 dirty one, food that had not been properly cleaned off (we know it was FOOD because we saw it coming off onto the napkin when we wiped them off). the parmesean tasted either stale or old AND the bathrooms weren’t taken care of. While in the bathroom, we talked to another customer who felt it was disgusting and not properly looked after and when that customer tried to talk to an employee, she was completely ignored and given a disrespectful look too. Our server was fantastic but this location is unsanitary, unwelcoming, and overall poorly managed and maintained. I have worked multiple service jobs and while I understand how hard it can be especially when busy, you can tell it had been HOURS since actual upkeep work had been done.
