This was my very first curbside adventure. I ordered soup, salad, and a $6 side dish — which feels like the correct price point for all of their menu items. So far, so good.

I arrive right on time, check in, and then… I wait. And wait. And wait some more. Meanwhile, cars on either side of me are getting their food like they paid extra for VIP Curbside Express. Finally, someone comes out to tell me it’ll be “just a moment.” Ugh. For soup and salad.

I get home and open my salad — and there it is. My personal salad pet peeve. The core which resembled a tree stump (see picture). Is that within their quality standards? If I were dining inside and that was in the big bowl, it would not fly. Curbside shouldn’t mean “lower your expectations.”

I looked at the receipt and see a line for “additional gratuity.” For what? I’m all for tipping, but this but this felt less like service and more like creative billing. I mean I had to wait and eat my salad with a chainsaw.

To be fair, the food was good, the employees were courteous, and the process itself was easy. My first curbside experience left me unimpressed.

I came this afternoon because I really wanted the soup. I’ve not been feeling well and for some reason I wanted their chicken gnocchi soup. With breadsticks and butter so I opted for the small portion of the fettuccine and I just got the basic fettuccine the small portion and there was really no sauce on it barely get coded about a quarter of it. My picture might say a little bit more because it’s a picture but definitely coded maybe a quarter of it and I really had to give it a mix. It was sad. Definitely had to give this day off one star. The soup was OK. It wasn’t as my usual chicken gnocchi. Taste better when I eat it there for some reason the fettuccine was just it bombed that day. It wasn’t the bomb it just bombed to the ground. I did not finish it. I could not finish it. It was just there was no flavor to it and then when I put the Parmesan Romano on it I thought OK this would help. No it just may gave it a really bad texture and just tasted like my fettuccine ended up tasting like the Parmesan eaten it out of the canister and I gave it such a horrible fill to it. It was so gross very disappointed that I worked so hard for the money and I got such a sorry meal I would’ve went for McDonald’s if I knew that that’s what I was gonna get. It was bad just bad that misfire as usual was quiet, relaxing usually the fettuccine comes out way better than it was today. That’s why I come back to it and this is the only place I’ll eat fettuccine from because a lot of people decide to put black pepper on it and I don’t like black pepper on my fettuccine so I decided to go to Olive
Garden and get it and I regret it .Update Management reached out to me. After reading my review. Problem was quickly resolved. When I run across issues at an establishment, it pleases me that the issues are resolved to my satisfaction. I will be returning and I am sure I will be satisfied in the future a, at the restaurant. You can’t beat an Olive Garden Fettuccine Alfredo w/ their gnocchi soup ! Thank you management for reaching out to resolve the issue!

Loved it & we felt it was a great deal.
Serving 12 ppl, we were given plates, bowls, plastic ware, mints and cheese packs for all. We got the Pasta Fazole Soup gallon ɓucket w/ abt 20 breadsticks or so (they gave us extra due to long wait)
We got our order to go.
I think it was $42 for everything 🙂

They provided my son and I, a free entree meal on Veteran’s Day. The food was hot and delicious as always, great food and consistency is what I enjoy here. The wait staff is always super friendly and quick on the refills. I will keep coming here for sure.

I was among a party of 10 today. The service started great, but petered out to poor. I should have ordered 2 glasses of water because I never got the chance to ask for a refill. The salad and soup were served promptly and each was delicious. I ordered the angel hair pasta with both meatballs and sausage with meat sauce. It was served hot and promptly. However, it didn’t taste tomatoey at all. It tasted more like sugar was added. I didn’t finish it, and didn’t ask for it to go. It doesn’t compare at all with Johnny Carino’s. What a disappointment!

The food was great as usual! Was craving OG randomly so me and my girlfriend went here for a little date and were blown away by the service! Giani was an amazing waitress who really cared about our experience. The food was all fresh as usual and the peach tea always spot on! Once again the service just completed the meal! 5 stars!!!

Lexi was our waitress, and she is one of the best. She was constantly checking on us to be sure we were taken care of; she was friendly; kind and engaging. The entire staff was wonderful. Several people would stop at our table to see if we needed anything. We can tell that there has been a change in the culture at this restaurant where staff puts customers first. Thank you for a great meal.

Sam, idk if today was you first day or something was going on but gang you gotta lock in. Service was kinda rough. A person at my table asked for water twice and didnt receive it. Had to ask a completely different waiter for water. I understand we were a larger table but it was a group of 11 split between two servers. Simple communication would’ve gone a long way if you were busy with other tables. Felt like both servers were pretty absent. Lowkey L service tbh

I had an amazing time at Olive Garden tonight! My server Sarah was such a joy to have. She has such a beautiful and bubbly personality, it was hands down the best service I have ever had! She made us feel like family, I was so comfortable around her. Usually servers make me feel a little nervous but not Sarah! She brought out so many smiles between me and my friends, it was truly such a lighthearted and beautiful experience. And her timeliness was on point! The food was great but the spectacular service is what made it such a memorable experience.
