We had a great experience at Olive Garden. The food was delicious, everything came out fresh, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
What really made the difference was the service. Rafael took amazing care of my family and me. Even though he just started, he was attentive, friendly, and made us feel very comfortable the entire time. He truly gave us a great dining experience.
We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

They sat us in the bar area and our waiter was the bar tender again! He served us fine and the food was good. Yet, I saw him attending the bar area where he proceeded on blowing his nose and didn’t wash his hands . After watching that I asked another waitress to bring us to go boxes !

The service at this Olive Garden was terrible. We never got any breadsticks the whole time we were there, which is kind of crazy considering that’s one of the main things they’re known for. On top of that, the bill came out completely wrong and had to be fixed, which just made everything more chaotic and took even longer. Overall it was a frustrating and disorganized experience.

This is the newest OG in Laredo and all I can say is, Wow! What an improvement from what came before. We were lucky enough to be part of their staff training day and my hats off to the management and staff that were present. Even though there was a constant flow of customers and extra staff on hand, the atmosphere was calm and staff remained friendly and helpful. We couldn’t help but notice the updates to the decor of the walls which were updated from the previous location. This restaurant appears larger than the original. The food was the real highlight of the day. Perfectly seasoned and still hot when our plates arrived. The salad was fresh and each dish came out perfectly timed from our appetizer and salad to the main course. 5/5 will eat here again. Goodbye old OG this might be the new hot spot in laredo for Italian food.

I was disappointed by the management during my visit. The general manager appears to single out staff members and struggles with clear communication. A more respectful and supportive approach would greatly improve the atmosphere for both employees and customers.

Absolutely love the staff, however the General Manager is absolutely awful. Treats his staff terribly. Ruined my experience hearing how he talks to people. He thinks we as customers can’t hear him scream from the kitchen but we can. Hope he gets fired. Until then will not be returning.

The manager was unprofessional & discourteous. I had placed an online order for pick up, upon arrival i wasn’t greeted as well as the order taking long. When i was assisted he was giving attitude and I had asked if he could add ice in the cup but was denied. Until I asked if i could get a separate cup but he was giving attitude which was unfair since i was being really patient. When I got home I checked the order and there was multiple items missing. When I called the store he said he had forgotten to give us the other half of the order.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. After waiting over 20 minutes just to get my drinks and no one acknowledging my presence, I decided to leave. I ended up going to the Olive Garden by Mall del Norte, and the difference was night and day. They truly understand customer service there. This place felt like a total joke in comparison. Save your time and go somewhere that values its customers!
