Our family outing with a party of eight was on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was packed. We had called ahead to alert them to our large party, and they were ready when we arrived. The dining rooms were filled with people, so it was quite loud, but we managed to have a great time celebrating our grand-daughter’s birthday. The food was quite tasty and consistent with my expectations. The Carbonara with shrimp and chicken was delicious, as was the chicken parm. The salad was plentiful, with our bowl filled often. Breadsticks were devoured…delicious as always. The servers were friendly and attentive, and helped make this a special outing for all.

We always have a great time at Olive Garden for our annual ornament exchange. But this year AND last year, we had the BEST WAITRESS! VERONICA! There was 16 of us. She took all our orders by memory! We were on awe! Her attentiveness to us was remarkable! Thank you to Bree as well for getting our reservations on the book!

The atmosphere is always so inviting and so beautifully decorated as this location. The fettuccine w/ grilled chicken was great! I chose the salad option. I love their salads! I had them add plenty of grated cheese to the salad and fettuccine. Sooo, sooo good!!! Sicilian cheesecake is so freakin good with a cup of their wonderful coffee just finished that meal sooo perfect! Can’t wait to come back. Actually, I will on my birthday at the end of this month.

Make sure not to go here if you need a table and a high chair. I walked in today 2/26/26 around 4:30pm the restaurant was pretty much empty and I was told when I requested a table with a high chair that they did not have one available. I kind of chuckled and said your restaurant is almost empty to which the lady replied yeah but we don’t have one available. Ok thank you and have a great day. I will say shoguns was more than happy to accommodate our high chair needs.

Great family restaurant with good prices! We dropped in for lunch and was buzzing with activity. However, the full house did not stop outstanding service. From the hostess to the floor manager, we felt welcome and all were attentive. Exceptional service came from our waitress Tiffany! While she had her hands full with numerous tables, she was incredibly friendly and we felt her service to us was priority #1, as we noticed she did the same for all of her tables. Kudos for this outstanding waitress! Tuscany soup and chicken and gnocchi soup were excellent with good seaming flavors. Calamari appetizer was crispy and flavorful as well. Our entrees were spot on with just the right amount of sauce. Excellent everything!
